I know there was a thread here somewhere on Mid-points no? Either way, I cannot seem to find it so I'm starting a new thread. I am wondering if anyone can explain the importance of the Sun/Moon mid-point in a chart - both natally and in terms of synastry. I think I get the synastry part of it better than the natal meaning. Love,Here's are a few links for you regarding the Sun/Moon Midpoint. The orbs used for Midpoint aspects are small, usually 2 °. Ebertin style on astro.com uses 2° and 1° 30'. To get a list of your Midpoints go to astro.com and use the extended chart feature. Select Natal Chart and Ebertin Style (w. midpoints). When the chart diplays, click on the link that says "Click to get additional tables". This will give you your midpoints and midpoint aspects. AND: Select Pullen/Astrolog and then Aspect/Midpoint grid chart. I don't see that option, though I've used the Pullen one a few times. IP: Logged |

AcousticGod, It's the 8th style of chart, Ebertin Style (w. midpoints), in the list under "Please select a chart style".

Wow guys - thanks! I didn't see a response for a while so I sort of tried to do it myself manually, but the computer generated version is likely going to be worlds more accurate! Thanks for the help! Love IP: Logged |
