ws ~That's interesting about the Moon opp Chiron commonality in your experience..... Here's the Magi Astrology stuff: http://www.magiastrology.com/index.html quote: CHIRON LINKAGES ARE CRUCIAL FOR LOVE AND MARRIAGE Chiron Linkages are by far the most important astrological influence on the astrology of love and marriage. Chiron Linkages are so important and powerful that Magi Astrology has the following rule: It is not likely that two persons will fall in love and get married unless a Chiron Linkage is the DOMINANT LINKAGE in the CAC of the two persons. (A CAC is the abbreviation for a Combined Alignment Chart and is briefly explained in the Magi Astrology Lessons earlier on this website as well as in other links on this website.) A Chiron Linkage is the Dominant Linkage in a CAC if: 1. A Chiron Linkage is the most exact linkage in the chart 2. Chiron forms more linkages than other planets in the CAC 3. Chiron Linkages are the most powerful linkages
Here’s the link on Cinderella: http://www.magiastrology.com/cinderellahome.html Here’s Magi’s Seven Astrology Lessons: http://www.magiastrology.com/lesson1.html tChiron was opp my nSun/Neptune/Saturn stellium and trine nJupiter when I met my first long-term love. I met my son's father during a Heartbreak Transit -- tChiron opp tSaturn..... IP: Logged |

Where would I go to find out when Chiron will be opposing my moon? The charts on Astro.com don't say. They go over main planets but no mention of Chiron. IP: Logged |

Question about Chiron Linkage...sorry to sound so dumb about this but I am...my Chiron's in Aries, 20 degrees,39',9"His is Taurus, 5 degrees, 19', 7" Is that considered a Chiron linkage? IP: Logged |

Oh, are you saying that's coming up soon? Who would that effect? People with a Sun in Aquarius or people with Chiron in Aquarius? IP: Logged |

vic ~A Magi Chiron linkage uses the same aspects as the astro we use here, only they like an orb of no more than 3 degrees. Your Chirons are just 15 degrees apart -- there is no linkage..... Did you read up on Chiron linkages at the Magi website link above?? Chiron/Venus is one of the best Chiron linkages to have..... IP: Logged |

Azalaksh, LOL. I tried, but I'm afraid I'm not very good at understanding. Thanks though!

vic ~Do you have a specific question that we could start with?? For your original question, 15 degrees apart (orb) -- 20d Aries to 5d Taurus -- is too far for a conjunction..... IP: Logged |

Azalaksh, I just wanted to know if the outcome of the relationship could be marriage, is all. And since it seems that Chiron is one of the most important factors in that, I thought I'd look at that. I just really want to know if the outcome looks good or if I should cut my losses now, before I get hurt. IP: Logged |

In 1995, when I first met Doc, transiting Chiron was at a tight conjunction with my North Node and transiting Moon was conjunct my natal Chiron. What's shocking about the whole event chart is that at the hour of our shaking hands--- it was identical to my birth chart so the angles all four were identical. T Juno and Natal Juno were also conjunct and T Eros and Natal Eros were conjunct. On D's chart-- Transiting Chiron was also conjunct his North Node and Transting Moon conjunct his traffic jam of Eros Venus Chiron. vic ~May I please rant about your comment "I just really want to know if the outcome looks good or if I should cut my losses now, before I get hurt." ?? I believe there is MUCH more to human interaction than compatible recipe-cards for Astro Soup (ooooh, my Venus conjunct his Mars, etc). Our natal and synastry charts show POSSIBILITIES. Astrology is just a way of recognizing Potential. What you DO with that potential is UP to YOU. Any relationship depends on the maturity and temperament of the people involved. You could have awesome synastry and feel NO chemistry. You could have NO synastry and feel awesome chemistry. You could have awesome synastry and awesome chemistry and not be able to live with each other. Time for a favorite quote – quote: From Steven Forrest: http://www.stevenforrest.com/lovehandles.html To me, in the realities of the astrological counselling room, there are two immutable premises: There is no manner of astrological interaction between two people that is so inherently sweet that enough selfishness, confusion about sex, or immaturity cannot turn it sour. There is no manner of astrological interaction between two people that is so inherently bitter that enough patience, devotion, and humility can not only make it last, but make it something precious to both people.
"Cut your losses...."??? Well, it all depends on what you want. It can become very tricky when your GOAL is “marriage”. And I don’t think any of us can really avoid being hurt, unless we avoid having any feelings about anything….. I think it’s important to TAKE the risk of being hurt, because in my book the rewards of finding a simpatico friend/lover far outweigh the prospect of a broken heart. For me, “better to have loved and lost” is the Right Path. And I have loved, and I have lost. But I have grown spiritually and emotionally from my losses and poor choices, and as painful as they were, I would probably do the same thing over again, and I wouldn't trade my life and chart for anybody else's!!!Do you have any other synastry or relationship questions? How about Magi – do you have any of the Cinderella or Romance Linkages with your fella? Zala IP: Logged |

I have a virtually exact Grand Trine in Fire involving Chiron (+ Moon + Venus). I didn't even know until about a week ago when IQhunk pointed it out. Bless that man again. ------------------ IQhunk - quote: Well, for every one point that all of you like about me, I can list three.

What about Chiron trine Sun in a composite chart? chiron is in the 1st house, in Aries
sun is in the 9th, in Sagittarius the trine is exact at 28' (i read that the 28th degree of any sign is associated with the experience of "been there, done that") IP: Logged |

What does Chiron represent anyway. I understood it was a 'relative' of Saturn, and pertained to people having disabilities or other such challenges. Do we class it as interpersonal or transpersonal or what? I'm fairly naive to all the newer planets and asteroids and have widely ignored them. ------------------ IQhunk - quote: Well, for every one point that all of you like about me, I can list three.

from what i gather:Chiron is a bridge between the inner and outer planets and is probably associated with virgo (although libra and sag are other possibles) chiron has an earthy, saturn vibration, as well as a maverick uranian tone chiron is the wounded healer and signifies, among other things, wounds that become strengths, and all forms of healing.

Chiron, the Myth: http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/005866.html Chiron in Aspect: http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/008551.html http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/009065.html http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/008448.html Berry ~ Can anybody answer my question? quote: when the MOON is in LEO, it will be opposting the TRANSITING Chiron in Aquarius. Who would that effect? People with a Sun in Aquarius, people with Chiron in Aquarius, or people with moon in Leo? It depends on the degree-position of Chiron – is Chiron conjuncting their Sun in Aquarius? Transiting personal planets can often trigger events as they touch natal planets, and the planets that aspect natal planets. People with the Moon in Leo would be having a lunar return. Here’s a page on Lunar Returns: http://www.llewellynjournal.com/article/780 Here’s a page about Moon Transits. It doesn’t have Chiron, but armed with the astro-significance of Chiron from all the thread links above, you can extrapolate (maybe with Tim’s “keywords” ). http://www.cafeastrology.com/transitsofthemoon.html The Moon takes about 2-1/2 days to transit a sign, or around 11-14 degrees per day, or about 1 degree every two hours. Transiting Chiron circles the chartwheel (and Sun) about every 50 years. Here’s a pic of how long it spends in the signs. Chiron has reached the part of the sky where it lingers….. Zala IP: Logged |

Hey Zala, I understand about growth and all that, but I'm a Crab. I can't honestly say that I appreciate it all that much. And contrary to my Sun Sign, when things get tough, I don't hold on, I get in touch with my Ascendant, (Aries) and I just cut ties. Done. Over. No more pain or problem. I find simplicity is best when it comes to relationships. That's just who I am. I do agree with you on the synastry/maturity/chemistry theory (; I dunno if we have anything else in common, I've tried but I'm not really good at astrology other than being utterly fascinated by it.IP: Logged |
