Topic: Solar Return Report confusion Help Please

Ok so yesterday was my birthday and tarot.com sent me a email for 50% off there solar return birth report. The report said my sr AC was in Sagittarius my sr moon was in taurus.I'm not a real expert on solar return charts but wouldn't my sr moon be in Sagittarius. The chart I did on astro.com and the one I did on tarot.com are totally different. Does anyone have any idea what's going on?IP: Logged |

Ok... I figured it out they gave me the wrong year but I still have a SR question. If the sun in a solar return chart is always in the same degree of its sign why isn't the AC. How and why does your AC change in a SR chart? I mean it would make sence to me for it to stay the same each year like the sun does. I'm confusedIP: Logged |

Salisa,The time of the Solar Return is set for the time when the Sun returns to the exact degree it was at your birth. This has nothing to do with the Ascendant, which will change depending on what time that year the Sun is at the exact degree it was at your birth. For example, perhaps you were born at 9:49 AM with the Sun at 3 degrees Sagittarius. 20 years later the Sun is at 3 degrees Sagittarius at 7:12 PM. So the Sun degree is the same, while the Ascendant is different. Explaining the astro-basics, Tim IP: Logged |

Thank you soooo much. I think I understand now. I looked up my last years SR chart and my sr AC was in Cancer putting my SR sun venus and mercury in the 12 house as well as putting my natal sun mars and mercury in the 12th house.
Seeing all those planets falling in the 12th house made me see how a SR chart Really can tell you how the rest of the year is going to go. This is so interesting I can't wait to learn more about Solar Return Charts. ThanksIP: Logged |

I haven't found much on SR Moon and North Node placements and aspects. There are some things in my SR chart the kind of caught my eye that look like they could indicate some one significant in my love life, here they are tell me what you think
Natal NN conjunt SR Venus
Natal Venus in SR 8th house
Natal Moon conjunct SR NN
Natal Moon in SR 7th house
SR NN in Natal 7th house
SR NN conjunt 8th house cusp
SR Vertex in 7th house
Does the list show any promise?
Oh and I really am interested in SR charts does any one know any good site I could go to too learn more?Any other Gems had a chance to look at there SR chart how do they look? IP: Logged |
