as for your midpoint, both of them are midpoints for the sun and moon. probably the one in leo is the direct midpoint, the other in aquarius is indirect.

For example, it calculated my action/reasoning as Pisces 13d28m...so what! what does it mean? where do I go to get a description?

Look for aspects in the natal chart and by transits and progression to be activating the parts.

Vettius Valens makes the following statement about both these and the Lot of Children mentioned in the previous installment.

"When, then, they are afflicted by Kronos [Saturn] and Ares [Mars], they are the causes of childlessness or the destruction of children, but when they are assisted by Zeus [Jupiter], they are the causes of fruitfulness."

Another example:

The wife of one of my friends has her Part of Cancer in Leo. Transiting Saturn was conjuncting it with a 1° orb, when she was diagnosed with Melanoma. Natally her chart is set up for skin problems, as well as Cancer with a Saturn in Aries/Mars in Libra opposition across her Asc/Dec axis and Pluto in the 6th house, which is square to her Sun.
