First we look at each person's Libra/Venus/7th house to get an idea of how each person approaches relationships. You have no planets in Libra. You have Aquarius (friends) conjunct (energy is combined with) Moon (home, also emotions) focused in the 12th house (Venus in house of its exalation, very easy energy) indicating you can be emotionally attached to your friendly relationships although in general you don't like to get TOO close in relationships. One question Tim there are times when I feel something is holding me to him like I have no control is to how to break free from him like maybe some Karma or something
What planets could be causing this..

My concern is his Uranus conjunct your South node, which could indicate this "friendship" somehow holds you back in your life. Uranus is also the energy of rebellion, so perhaps that could relate to the "no control" or "out of control" energy he brings to you and your life goals. All I know from the chart is his planetary energy connects more strongly to your Venus (relationship) energies than your planetary energies connect to his Venus energies. This could mean he finds it easier to become "un-related" in some way than you can. However, it seems to me YOU are in the best position to judge exactly how this works!
