Since this person has more planets on the bottom of the chart than on the top, they focus on their inner world more than the outer world.

Since they have more planets on the bottom right side of their chart they use their inner awareness to develop relationships with others.

I use a less generous definition of aspects than astro.com. Using this definition, this person has a least aspected (strong energy) Pluto (transformation, also power) focused in the 10th house (duty, also authority). This indicates the person has trouble "connecting in" with their power and so may become OVERpowerful without realizing it. The challenge for them is to have faith that they DO have power and authority. Since Neptune (spirituality) sextiles (energy goes easily with) Pluto, this may be easy for them to do, if they work at it.

At first glance, I'm getting someone whose very much at ease being a supporter of other's dreams. I would say healer-type person, but fearless. The type who aren't afraid of "death" and "dying" subjects.

I could be totally off, but you can let me know if you want...
