Hi guys

Is there such a thing as a shy Gemini? I mean a real shy one? Well, there is!
I have recently met a Gemini who is uncharacteristically ( in Geminis terms) shy. He has admitted to me he does get shy. But, ironically, we hit it off like anything, when we first met.

Oh yes, there are shy geminis...... I almost married one! He was very introverted and could spend long periods of time alone; he liked to live in his head. He could be charming and flirty, of course but it wasn't characteristic of him.

HELLO......i was a painfully shy gemini... can u believe this, i could never look into my boyfriends eyes..for 4 long years.. can u beat that!
my cousin is a gem he is 16, he is extremely shy. he cant face relatives ..he hides in his room until every ones gone..
over all i think gems are so diffrent from one an other that u cant really know what the true gem is like... (gems r real wackos.. )

My sister is so shy she was thought to be mute up until she was 13 years old. Of course with ME and my MOM she was the loudest most talkative person I've ever met. BUt my father doesn't even know she talks, many people we'd met in public and teachers and non-close friends don't even think she talks either. She closes up with people she doesn't know...

Her Asc is Gemini as well as her Sun however her Sun and Mercury are in the 12th house. SO that could be a huge part of it. Also, she has Venus/Mars in Cancer so...that could tone down the "chattiness"

honestly, most of the Gems i've known are shhy at first or more held back at first until they feel comfy and then you cant get them to shut up

Annabelle, that's funny, my sister is also really shy, and she also has Gemini ascendant. She barely talked until she was 3, and I was singing by the time I was 2 lol.

I was always the more outgoing one, which is weird because I'm virgo sun, scorpio moon & venus, Sag ascendant.

She's leo sun, aries moon, libra venus, & Gemini ascendant! she has no earth or water, except for her virgo mars.

One of my nieces is really shy, but panic/anx dissorder runs in the fam. She is studying marine biology, cuz she doesn't like people.

She is beautiful (built like a brick sh*t house), yet no guys will aproach her. If they did she'd probably not be able to make eye contact.

Oh yes there is such a thing as a shy Gemini! My mother is one but she has virgo moon, and virgo ascendant, which probably influences the less hamy aspects of Gemini. I'm a shy Leo, so don't always take sun sign characteristics too seriously.

Sure they can be. It's going to depend on the whole rest of the chart.

I know a couple of people who have Gemini Ascendants, but they have Neptune in the 6th, so they are very shy.

I've been a shy Gemini for most of my life I think partly due to my Virgo AC and pluto and saturn in my third house. But I was really outgoing as a child untill I was bullied in school. So I think its kind of half birth chart half environmet.
