when people don't know their birthtime and are too lazy to find out? I have recently met two people who I have clicked on radically, and they both don't know their birthtime. It's frustrating ahhh...
The one is too lazy to find out his time...

Can't you find out if you know their birth place (city,state) through vital statistics?

Yeah...that's me. I just go by what my mother says...noon.

Mine's not as easy to find out. The birth certificate doesnt include birth time. And I called the hospital in northern manitoba but they directed me to vital stats and then I got lazy and gave up.

My understanding is that if you are not the person whose name is on the birth certificate, then you basically need a subpoena. It's not like anyone can just get a copy of anyone's birth certificate.
