Topic: What makes a person look younger than their age?

I'm a 20 year old, but for some odd reason, strangers think I'm 12!!! It's a bit disconcerting, because that would mean that people don't take me as seriously as I would like them to.Who else has experienced this and which part of astro makes you be like that? (and I'm talking about young ppl looking younger, not the reverse situation that cappies experience- when they get old, they look younger) Pis asc/virgo sun/leo moon and venus IP: Logged |

Somewhere it says that if you have the mutable signs on your angular house cusps (asc,IC,DC,MC) than that will do the trick. I know my mother has a pisces rising and virgo sun as well and she's often mistaken for my sister......oh lawd  IP: Logged |

I definitely have that aspect...But I wonder why my mom (libra asc/gemi sun and venus/virgo moon) would look younger when she doesn't have that aspect? IP: Logged |

I agree with Dulce.. good genes. I don't really think astrology has much to do with looks really.. I think it has a lot more to do with genes. But that's just my opinion.  IP: Logged |

My sister is 26 and people think she is only 18. She still gets asked her ID at some clubs and bars.

I seem to be ageing backwards... when I was 13, 14 everyone thought I was about 18. My friends used to get me to buy their cigarettes from the shops because I never got asked for ID lol. I'm 20 now, and everytime I've gone out, bought alcohol or cigarettes I get carded. I suppose it's a good thing really.IP: Logged |

Besides Capricor asc, I also think lots of Gemini influence in the chart. They often have childlike faces, no matter how old (Johnny Depp, Kylie Minogue, Nicole Kidman), there is something childlike about them that makes them look almost ageless.IP: Logged |

Mar... where can we get a pic of you... to see if you do look 12?I've often been seen as younger looking, until I open my mouth that is! I've got some good stories to tell about what you can get away with by looking younger than you really are!! ------------------

Hapens to me too. Its a bummer.I'm 24 but people think I'm 16  My hubby being 40 years older than me make things look really funny when we go somewhere. Ok, we learned how to take this casually  and keep our mental sanity! I do agree with you about people not taking us seriously. hapens all the time.

Ooh-interesting..My man looks older than he is-(Aries, Aqua rising). I actually look way younger than I am-Taurus sun, Scorp Rising, with Cancer moon. I am sure I'll be grateful for looking younger later in life!IP: Logged |

I look about 10 or so years younger (some people are blind enough to think I'm in college when I'm hitting 43. Can't figure them out - some woman even tried to fix me up with her 16 year old grandson -I had a good laugh at that one.) BUT biologically I'm older than my age. IP: Logged |

Sorry, but I do take things quite literally Beowulf...I'm sorry, I don't put up my pix online...I'm paranoid about psychos tracking others down by their pix (I'm not implying that u would). However, I'd luv to hear those stories where I can use it to my advantage instead of always thinking about the disadvantage (I luv reading stories...lol). Btw...how's everything going w/ u? I really look about 30-32 - about 10 or so years younger. I think the lady that tried fixing me up with her grandson was just a poor judge of age.

Again, this is probably because of the capricorn age reversal....but on the weekends I used to have a job at the hospital in "Central Transport" and some of the staff were suprised when I brought up getting to and from work (traffic's a nightmare). They're like "You drive? How old are you?" Then when I tell them, they're like, "Oh Sorry, I thought you were fourteen or something". But you have to be atleast 16 to have the freakin' job! 
Or about the year I was to graduate from highschool, my mother decided we should go to Florida.....since it would be the last time for me.While there, there was A Cuban Bussinessman trying to sell us Timeshare (The deal sounded to good to be true). When the guy saw me and my sister....he tells my sister "So, You're the older one, right?!" (NOTE: I'm the older one) Oh yeah, and this guy's a saggitarian.
We all outwardly laughed but secretly I was kind of dissapointed. I'm thinking maybe its because of my height and weight....I'm 5"4" and go from 125lbs to 128lbs. IP: Logged |

I am a Libra sun/Scorpio moon Aqua ascendant,and everybody always thinks Im 12 when Im really about to be 21!!! I think it may be my ascendant.I just got a new job and everyone thought I had just graduated when Ive been out of school for almost 4 years now. Eliza Peace IP: Logged |

I read that an active sex life gives a youthful appearance.....maybe this is becos the person smiles a lot....  I am 47 and get told I look younger....and I smile a lot..... IP: Logged |
