Hi, I'm curious- how strongly do you feel about astrology, in regards to you individually and your relationships? I casually studied astrology when I was younger (as I did many other sciences/religions), but it's the only one I kept looking into because it's interesting to me. I feel pretty rediculous however, because I like subconsciously use it to analyze whenever I meet people, etc. It's kind of embarrassing to admit! The thing is, so much of what I've researched, as far as my chart personally, is very accurate.

What if you find a guy though, who is astrologically not compatible with you whatsoever?... Does that carry any weight in YOUR decision making.. subconsciously even? I don't think it should.

SavageScorpio question:

do you let astrology affect your life?

No.

Astrology helps me to understand people close to me. I think its a fantastic tool to get the grasp of the signs best traits and make things easier in our day to day relationships.I don't use it beforehand though.

I believe my husband and I couldn't be more uncompatible if you would follow our charts. However, we are in a nice and solid realtionship for quite a long while.

No. You see...I think usually you end up meeting a person that you really like and then you find out more about them astrologically. Atleast that what happened for me. No synastry is perfect. Because you may meet someone you have perfect synastry with and there's no spark at all.

I Tend to catch myself Guessing signs, Ascendent Signs ETC. of People. When I found out what sign, and even ascendent they are then i start to generalize. I feel strongly that the relationships that i have with various people are affected with my astrological Preference. For Instance I tend to always butt head with Arian males, Cancer Women. That doesn't mean that when i meet A cancer woman I automatically dislike her I always give people the benefit. But I've seen that in time my feelings toward certain people of Certain signs grows negative. While other Remain very Postive, uplifting, and Insightful. So to answer this Question, Yes. Most Definatly Yes.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I don't know, this is probably not where I should be posting this, but it says in the Bible not to look to the stars, "but to the one who made them", that's my personal emphasis, astrology is fascinating though.

So what you are saying is, while the things in creation are powerful, the creator is even more so.

I think astrology colors everything for me now. I don't think it's a bad thing.

If I found I had bad synastry with someone I was interested, I'd proceed but I'd be cautious.

I think in certain situations astrology can be great at solving things, also to see possible potential in a relationship. Yes I do put some stock into whether or not there is good synastry between me and a guy. If theres a lack of understanding and passion...forget it. Even if some of the placements are smooth than the aspects are to boring...forget it.

SavageScorp! I hear you, I really do

I've become addicted to astrology and when dealing with others, I almost feel blind until I get the chance to have a look at their chart!

Yeah, I pretty much have this floating around my head too, SavageScorpio.

When I'm bored in the head, that's when I start thinking astrologically in terms of social encounters. But I try to stay away from it because that means I'm getting the upper hand in the relationship. And my intentions in socially interacting won't be sincere anymore. But that's just the way I see it.

No it doesn’t really affect my life. But if I realise my boyfriend has his Saturn square my Mars…or something equally horrific, it would cause me to revaluate the relationship

I use astrology as a part of the whole. I have other tools I use in my life more often, but under certain circumstances astrology has filled in the blanks or clarified something for me. So, yes, it does affect my life to a degree.
