So while im here taking my arabic classes i met a friends brother from back home (California). Hes a Leo/Scorpio and just such a funny , but aloof cool guy. My british roomie calls him 'perpetually mashed' because he looks so out of it all the time and hes so funny. theres something abt his detached manner that is very alluring tho. I find myself intrigued

Technically I have tried to dump the Aries several times but hes begged me to stay with him till August (when I leave here). So Im not making any moves, but just wondering how the chemistry between me and this Leo guy would be:

Although I feel at times v much in love with the Aries guy i think we have a love/hate relationship that has imploded due to his overpossessive nature and just the different cultures we come from. It requires too much work--and he doesnt give me the depth and challenging intellectual aspect I crave in relationships, unlike the Leo who is a good friend and very astute and intelligent. The Aries is more all heart and muscle, although very caring. Also, the Aries cheated on me once which Ive never forgiven or forgotten (Scorp moon what can I do).

Is there hope with the Leo? Would it be a disaster? The last time I was involved with a Leo (Leo / Aqua, virgo rising) it was a disaster even tho we were strongly attracted. The leo was too selfish and was using me which i didnt realize till four years into the relationship!! This leo seems different, and because hes my friends brother I trust him more, but you never know with these crazy playboy fire men types, theyre so in demand , and they so know it, that it can get to their heads But nonetheless they always capture my heart for some reason. Ive gone from two leos to two Aquas to an Aries back to a Leo....

Any advice/interpretation appreciated!

I will say from personal experience that I enjoyed the heck out of a Leo Sun (Leo Moon, Scorp rising I think) when I was in my 20's. It didn't last as we had other external issues than our basic compatibility and enjoyment of each other, but he had the intellectual facet I require to keep me interested and the physical part was dynamite!! Your Mercs are square but both dignified -- I would think the intellectual component you require is *there* in your Leo friend.....

My #1 observation -- your Moons are conjunct, I bet you're on the same wavelength emotionally.....
But I bet you remember what we said about Mr Aries a year ago, right?!?
I'd like to know where Lion's Juno and Eros are.....
I note your Venus opp his Pluto -- which could be a challenge..... Linda Goodman writes: What did you two do to each other in one or more past lives? I'm just beginning to study Progressed charts, but note that your pMoon is in the 10th in Leo, with tMars just about conjunct it. pVenus is in the 7th, pJupiter in the 4th, with pSun/Mars/Merc in your 9th.
