- He's very talkative and always is the one who keeps a conversation going.
- He's generally a friendly person, and keeps smiling at people, even though he's not feeling that great.
- He usually keeps his cool, but can be very resolute about his opinion when he does get angry.

That's what I was thinking too. I have many planets in Sagittarius myself (Sun, Mercury, Jupiter, Uranus, Neptune), and even though this guy acts very similar to me on many levels, he doesn't act LIKE me.

I tried drawing up charts with different birth times for him, and the Gemini Ascendant makes more sense than the Sag Ascendant (considering the house placements of the other planets). But maybe I'm wrong...

In groups he usually is the one to start the conversation and keep it going. He always seems pretty laid back and has a rather calm voice. He tends to use his hands when he's trying to explain something to you. He usually is the one to make the first move and approaches you instead of waiting for you to approach him.

His job involves a lot of personal contact with customers. When he's talking to them he's smiling at them, putting on a happy face and making superficial small talk. But as soon as he turns around, his facial expression changes and you can tell how he's really feeling. He's pretty good at hiding how he really feels about you. He's always smiling at his customers, even if they drive him up the wall.

When someone insults him, he keeps his cool for quite some time, not revealing that he really is p***** off. Instead, he just keeps smiling at them (though the more you get to know him you can tell that it is a faked smile). However, when he's had it, he can be rather resolute in defending his point of view and he tends to be rather passionate in discussions.

Mercury conjunct Neptune,sextile Pluto can be very subtle,deceptive,illusive in communications - that could be how he can communicate one way but be thinking something else and be persuasive. This could be like the actor and salesperson.
