You want to look to your Sun, Moon and Ascendant.

And you also want to look to the 6th house (work), 10th house (career) and the 2nd house (money and possessions) for your earning ability.

What planets are in those houses? What signs are they in? What aspects do they make? What signs are on those house cusps? And where are their ruling planets deposited?

Eg. if the sign on the 6th deposits into the 4th house, you may like to work from home.

I'm looking at your Chart with your query in mind, and I'M EVEN thinkin this is a tough one ... I'm one of those round pegs, you know ...

Anyways, since nothing comes to me by just looking at your placements, like the overall mood of your Chart, what it may reveal about your temperment, and also, what Sign your MC is in ... I'm gonna try looking at some not-so-obvious ...

What energies might help propel you forward, and which might pull you back?

I mean, the overall temperment of the Chart is Mutable, especially since you're wondering about career and your MC is in Aquarius. Yes, Aquarius is a Fixed Sign, but not when it comes to a career.

(Hello? Any other MC in Aquarius folks out there? ... feel free to share ...)

You are very much a people person, but with a strong need to be alone at certain times. I'm debating whether you'd like working more alone, or more in an atmosphere which would require you to talk to and relate to other people A LOT.

OK -- so you have all your Planets going Direct, except for your Mercury. It is in a middle-of-the-road Degrees, so the Retrograde may be felt more intensely. You are an incredible thinker, even would go as far as to say, you are a GREAT thinker. But not sure how far you'd go to describe yourself as a dreamer.

You have a Sun Square Neptune, and Neptune Rules Dream world. It being Square to your Sun might trip you up dream/careerwise. Let's see what else you have going on with Pisces/Neptune/12th House ...

You have Saturn Sextile Neptune. Remember that because of the order (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto) >>>>> the Planet which comes LAST Modifies the Planet(s) before it.

So it's NOT Saturn Modifying your Neptune, it's your Neptune Modifying your Saturn. It's works like this so that ultimately, the Sun can be Modified by endless variables, preserving the uniqueness of each person, no matter their Sun Sign. Makes sense since the last Planet (Pluto) needs to be a STRONG Modifier if it's gonna get noticed by the Sun at all, and indeed, we get hit by a subconsious energy which is not afraid of challenging the Sun, again, the Planet Pluto. It's NOT going to fight the Cardinal Sun for power, and it's not going to sort of sit back and go with the flow while watching the Sun's ship sink.

It's a fixed energy, and a crude reminder.

But it's very possible your Retrograde Mercury in Libra will cooperate easily with your Saturn & Pluto. Your Neptune is in Sagitarrius which in itself IS a big dreamer, but in the 7th House? DREAMER ...

Again, it makes me want to go back to whether you'd consider yourself a dreamer. Back to your Pisces/Neptune/12th House influences. You have nothing in Pisces, but I do not see your Chiron placement in what you posted. Can you post it?

You have no Planets in your 12th House, but looking further down at your post, I see you have your 12th House Cusp in Taurus. This is gives you some stability in dreaming, but it can still feel like a bit of a tease.

Let's look at the Planet which Rules your Ascendant. Some say this is really important, but I'm still learning about it. Your Ascendant is in Gemini. The Planet which Rules Gemini is Mercury. I already looked at your Mercury dynamics within this context. But what it says is that Mercury is VERY important in helping answer your question. I would read everything you can connected to the exact Mercury energies going on in this Chart for career clues.

The last thing I wanted to sort of put on the plate was anything Libra/Venus/7th House in this Chart, since Mercury is in Libra, and since Mercury is so important in this Chart.
