Topic: power or ranking of signs and planets..can somebody explain

I got these power of planets,signs etc stuff from astro.com.What do they mean?
My asc is aries and moon in gemini but they are not in the top 5 signs in the ranking??!! top 5 signs in my chart according to this are
1.Libra
2.Leo
3.Scorpio
4.Virgo
5.Taurus Does that mean these characteristics are more
prominent than my asc and moon..??!

the houses count here too, and aspects.

found the answer to my question on a different thread courtesy of GemStar:1. Go to the Extended chart selection. 2. Select the 'Pullen/Astrolog' (the middle of the three selections-near the top left)after clicking on the extended chart selection. 3. Go to the drop down menu to the chart selection: "Please select the type of chart you want." and under that scroll down to the last choice called "Simple chart delineation by Walter Pullen.

My ques is whether my characteristics are gonna be based on the power the diff signs exhibit??I mean me bein a aries rising and gemini moon..I thought I will have more of gemini and aries chars.. you can find my house placements in my signature.. ------------------

I really do not understand the power rankings either. The prominent sign for my gf is scorpio which suprised me. The only scorpio she has is scorpio in both saturn and pluto. None of her planets are in the 8th house, NONE. for house placements her 5th house is in scorpio. no major comets that I saw were in scorpio. looking at pluto: she has Sun Opposition Pluto 6°53, Moon Sextile Pluto 6°00, Mars Quincunx Pluto 0°20, Neptune Sextile Pluto 0°17, Pluto Square Ascendant 4°50. If you want to look at mars too: Moon Square Mars 6°21, Venus Sextile Mars 3°44, Mars Quincunx Neptune 0°37, Mars Quincunx Pluto 0°20, Mars Sextile Ascendant 5°11 But I still do not see the very strong scorpio influence overall, or enough of it to warrant a #1 on her list. I can see that it corresponds with the house placements..but does that mean I'll have less gem(moon) and aries(asc) chars than the signs topping the list------------------
