it seems as if you either just did experience or will experience a progressed full moon -- this is where the progressed sun and moon oppose each other. this is an important event, just like the progressed new moon is. here is some info:

THE SECONDARY PROGRESSED MOON CYCLE

In determining developmental phases, the commonly used method of Secondary Progression, or 'Day for a Year' is applied to the passage of the rapidly transiting Moon in the same way as it is applied to the planets. Whereas we find the inner planets making daily shifts of approx. 1 to 2 degrees per day, the Moon makes progress at a rate of 12 to 14 degrees per day. Applying this to the"Day for a Year" measurement , the Moon will take 29.5 years to complete a full cycle.

However, a cycle will already be underway at birth having commenced at the previous New Moon before birth. Unless born exactly on the New Moon, each individual is born at a time when a cycle is already underway. Thus during its first progressed lunation cycle, the length of time up to the next "New Moon" will be according to the angle at birth.
For example, if a Full Moon birth occurs, then the next monthly Sidereal New Moon occurs in approx. 14 days and, by Secondary Progression, this becomes approx 14 years.

Sun too will have progressed approximately 14 degrees over the same period , so the point at which the secondary progressed Moon 'hits' the natal position of the Sun is the Sidereal New Moon and the actual progressed lunation occurs when it 'hits' the progressed position of the Sun, the Synodic New Moon. The period between Sidereal and Synodic is the 'Dark Phase'. This can last for a few months, and after one or more of these 29.5year cycles, several years. It is an important preparation time.

The Lunation cycle represents personal growth and self-development at all levels of experience and includes the natural process of growing intellectually, in maturing from childhood to adulthood and so is in some ways complimentary to the Saturn cycle, which is of a similar duration. This developmental cycle connects to the physical body too so can be seen as indicating health cycles and so the contacts made by the Progressed Moon can be indicative of organic changes and emerging sensitivities of the corporeal body as well as the emotional intellectual and psychological 'bodies'.

The time for a full Progressed Lunation Cycle to be fulfilled is twenty-nine and a half years - the same as the Monthly Synodic Period of the Moon.is in days. One could expect to experience three complete cycles in a lifetime. The first time this occurs will depend on the phase at which the person was born because they are already in a cycle, so they complete that cycle before starting a new 29.5-year cycle. As explained, the New Moon before birth is the start of a cycle - when we are born at any other phase than the partile or exact conjunction, we are already in a phase - so the first cycle will vary in length and the first Progressed Lunation will occur at different ages but after the first Progressed lunation will occur at regular 29.5 year intervals.

*************************

so think back to when your progressed moon conjuncted your progressed sun -- this would have been about 14 or so years prior to your PFM (progressed full moon). so back in the early 90s -- this was when you would have experienced the PNM (progressed new moon). was there a new start around then for you? oftentimes a PNM coincides with a brand new cycle of existence -- my 1st PNM i experienced at the age of around 10, and that was when i moved to texas with my family. it literally was a brand new beginning for me. my next PNM is next year, and it will occur in my natal 7th house (the natal house it occurs is very important).

hope this is helpful.

and here is something on the progressed moon:

The progressed Moon operates in a slightly different way. I like to think of it as the moving piece on the game board. Wherever it lands is where you are now in a big way. Progressed Moon conjunctions to natal and progressed planets will always tell you where a person is emotionally--it doesn't even have to reflect back to the natal Moon. Progressed Moon conjunct or opposing Saturn will always be a downer. Progressed Moon to natal Uranus will bring awareness of Uranian issues according to the natal chart, but progressed Moon to progressed Uranus will bring changes into the life. Whether or not the progressed Moon or progressed aspects will manifest in the progressed or natal houses is complicated. There aren't any cut and dried rules, and a lot depends on what aspects are being made to what planets, and what transits are happening at the time. Transits affect both natal and progressed positions. If a transit hits a progressed position, it will manifest in the progressed house.

The progressed Moon through the progressed houses will indicate where you are emotionally. In the fourth, you'll be looking to settle down, in the 10th, you'll be concerned about your career/place in the world. For example, an enormous number of my clients have found a partner while the progressed moon was going through the progressed seventh. (Probably because they really wanted/needed to find someone then.) Often, the progressed Moon will manifest in both the natal and progressed houses.
