Has anyone ever thought about how at the time of our birth, our future is already set in stone for us? It can be amazing and at the same frightening in some ways. Has anyone studied their charts and numerology (i'm almost to that point) so much that they know exactly what their next move will be? Give me some of your personal insights.------------------ Virgo Rising, Sagittarius Sun, Pisces Moon IP: Logged |

"set in stone"?? I feel the same as Yoda: "always in motion, the future is...." ie, no stone Mars and Uranus may align, but it's our choice whether we want to yell and grumble, or go out and kill somebody. I think our charts spell out the general nature of the lessons we've chosen to learn in this lifetime. Zala IP: Logged |

Yes actually sometimes it seems like we have control over our own lives and everything we do and people we choose to interact with. But there are times when you have to wonder about if fate does play a certain role, for instance deja vu, I can't even begin to count how much deja vu I've had in my life. What does it mean, mabe repeating something, mabe sensing something already mapped out(like you said in the stars). But then I see bad things happening to good people and then you wonder why something like that would be predestined. Then it just brings so many other questions to life (that there someday will be an answer for).IP: Logged |

Nice analogy alanabelle I look at it this way : Its a game of dice we play with the universe. Who rolls the dice first ? Is it the universe or is it me? If it is the universe who rolls first then according to game theory (yeah the guy who invented it from the movie Beautiful Mind), the universe will win mostly. If I roll the dice first, I will win mostly Luckily, when the dice is with me and I roll it, I wish for what numbers it must roll.

okay what about that movie 'sliding doors' - you see that? What if there are certain things that are planned and we make a decision that takes us down another road but we end up back at the same point to deal with what was planned - am I making sense?

knowing the next step?I believe we know how to tap into that higher part of ourselves that knows what the next step is, know it from birth - the interesting part of the game is everything else. should we incorporate that into the next step or not, should we let other things have a say in the next step or not - therein lies the puzzle. building a vehicle: but once it's on the road - things get interesting, for all sorts of reason (weather, driver/owner, accidents, etc.) but once it's parked - despite the bruises, etc., it's still the same vehicle it was from day one. At least, that is how i feel and believe.

Some school of thought will argue as follow:Isn't it all about experiencing? There fore even if its planned, so what. Enjoy the experience. When hungry won't you actually go to grab something and satisfy it? Or do you simple draw a steak on a paper and are satisfied. Hehehe.....Am I being too hard on people these days ?
