Hey whatsup everyone. I was reading that post about traveling, and wanted to know where-all everyone has been? I've been to Mexico, St. Thomas, I just drove from Texas to Vermont (Vermont & upstate New York are BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). I've been thinking about going to Europe, but I don't know where. I know it'll be along time before I go to Europe, but all my trips have been really short notice, usually PMS-inspired "need to get away" trips, so I want to plan better. I've been thinking about Italy, Ireland, Greece, Spain/Portugal. I'm not too sure about France & the UK (maybe Ireland). I have Mars in Aquarius which is supposed to be like a world traveler type of placement. Could that be it? I have Gem asc. Leo moon. Venus in Scorp. Merc. Scorp. IP: Logged |

Hi Savage Scorpio!I love travelling! Live in Europe and been mostly around here. I love Ireland - so green! Northen Norway - so serene! The Alps - So beautiful. France - so sofisticated! Spain - so fiery ;-), Sweden - so familiar ;-)Denmark - so flat!, Luxembourg - so tiny, Germany - so...boring ;-), Italy - too much pasta, but wonderful people! Ulan Bator Mongolia - such charming people! India - chaotic in an exciting way, lovely people!. China...- different! But my favourite place in the world is my bathtub - no competition! :-) Could it be my Mars in Sagittarius making me love travelling so much? ;-) And being a piscean making me love my bath tub so much?... he, he, he.. I thought maybe Jupiter's sign would maybe indicate the type of traveller you are as Jupiter rules Saggitarius and travelling.I have an Arian Jupiter and I am an explorer and I push to the limit to see everything I can before I leave. IP: Logged |

Hey SavageScorpio, don't forget eastern europe too......Prague is absolutely wonderful, full of character, charm and beauty. I'm going to Krakow in October too so I'll let you know how that is when I'm back. Austria is a beautiful country as well, Vienna is a stunning city, clean and white.
In complete contrast I loved the US when I visited, both New York and Orlando.
I LOVE travelling!! Hungry for the world!! Birth chart-wise not sure why.....maybe my NN in Aqua in ninth house would be saying that my destiny is to travel in this lifetime?------------------

I've gone by car with my family from Orange County, Southern California to Rhode Island and back. I've been to most of the western states at some time or another.Countries I've been to:
Canada
Mexico
Scotland
England
Germany
Luxembourg
France
Switzerland
Italy
Australia
Thailand
Japan
Korea
Hong Kong, China
Oman
U.A.E.
Bahrain I thought I was at around 20 countries. I wonder if I'm leaving any out. My Jupiter is in Capricorn in the 8th (not a travel placement). I have Mercury, Venus, and Neptune in Sag. I have a Gemini Ascendant. I'm a Capricorn Sun. IP: Logged |

Hello SavageScorpio, I've also traveled to Mexico and New Mexico. Some of the other fun and exciting places I've managed to explore... California, Oregon, Nevada, Texas...places I've traveled in the past(but would love to go back)Florida, South Carolina(beaches are just gorgeous, and you have use horses to drag me away), and New York(the big apples turns into the big dapple in the summer...ouch). Hopefully I can see go see parts of the UK in the next couple of years, I heard German beer is delicious!IP: Logged |

My dream is travel to as many places as I can go. I've been to Canada, England, Scotland, Germany, and Spain.My favorite was Spain, but Scotland has an uniqueness I admire, even through the weather is way to similar to Portland, OR.IP: Logged |

I've never been out of the US. But I've been everywhere in the US except new england. I LOVE the deep South. Especially the stretch from New Orleans to Biloxi.IP: Logged |

AcousticGod: You went to U.A.E, WOW!! Many people I know don't even know such a country exists (I live there) and those who do think that people are very repressed in U.A.E. Thats not true ofcourse but I don't blame them for thinking such stuff, I mean its not their fault, they're given such images from media, I guess. Did you visit Dubai? How did you like it??Anyways you sure have travelled a lot. You've any favorite travelling destination or summat?? Anyways in reply to the topic I don't like travelling much, since I'm a really shy so when I travel, I just end up feeling alienated, and thats not really something which motivates me to travel. Plus I'm not adaptable, I get pretty uncomfortable with change. The only place I remember enjoying a lot was US and Australia for sure. I've loads of planets in Capricorn, and not much fire or air, actually only one fire planet and a midheaven in Libra. So maybe thats why I'm so reserved and probably uncomfortable with travelling. ------------------
Now listen, I know you've got to think about your image, cause image is important to you, because of course your friends are gonna dictate your actions through the rest of your lives, and I wouldn't want you to step away from them and become an individual, that would almost be too much! I'm shy and reserved too. I love being able to get away though, be somewhere else, it's like... one of the most peaceful things (I don't know if peaceful is the right word). I hate not knowing the language though! I went to Mexico City (stayed at the airport for a few hours because I had to trade my ticket in and come back because my debit card got stolen), and I thought I was going to jump out of my skin, sooo many people, didn't know the language, and dangerous. I hardly left the airport. DON'T GO THERE! Supposedly it's like the most dangerous city in the world along with Tel-Aviv? Jerusalem? ... IP: Logged |

Damn you've been to a lot of places AG. My 9th hs Sun/Mars opposite Jupiter, Venus/Neptune Sag self is envious.I still have a ton of travelling to do. I plan on travelling the world too (when I get the funds)!! And thinking about teaching in the UAE or somewhere around there??? Im finally leaving the continent this Christmas...I'm going to Pakistan!
