Since asc sign(aries) is the chart ruler and since I am gonna attract situations like an aries does..Is it more important than my sunsign(libra), although my soul urge thro this lifetime prob. is gonna be balance in everything??

In short, am I gonna my life like an aries??
Or libra is gonna be more prominent??

My personal opinion on the matter would be to say that it really depends on the individual's chart, and I couldn't say just from the little information you've given us. Depending on the other placements and aspects in your chart, different parts can be emphasized.

I think it's DEFINETLY your sun sign. Your ascendant is just how people view you initially, kind of like a first impression. Your sun sign is who you truly are.

Which one do you feel affects you more? Do you feel more like Aries or Libra or a bit of both?

Some astrologers do believe the Asc is as or even more important.. but the common western view is that the Sun has a bigger impact. I pretty much agree with shirty though, it would depend on the chart. If someone has 6 planets in Libra, they're more likely to identify with Libra.. But if you have an Aries Asc and a singleton Mars in fire, for instance.. it might have a bigger impact on your personality.

well..actually, I have 3 planets in libra besides sun..(have a look at my signature)
and 3 planets in 7th house..so ,i guess ,shud be more of a libra..but lately, I am bein a bit short-tempered and aggressive..(a lil more than assertion i guess)

I think they're equally important. The Ascendant is the ascendant, and portrays a different meaning than the Sun, so one isn't more important than the other. They just represent different things...

Your general approach to the world around you and life situations, personality, appearance, etc. may seem Arian like, but that has nothing to do with your true self and personal self expression being Libran.

It would depend on the chart overall but I would I have been taught that if you have a sun in a weak position (ie detrimented/fall - ie Aqu or Lib), then the ascendant will carry more of the personality. Thats not to say that you aren't a libran and will have the characteristics of a Libran though.

Interestingly, I have 'sun', saturn, jupiter(in virgo) and pluto all in 6th house..that can skew the chart a bit, i guess ??!!

It really depends on how you personally look at it. Your ascendant is how people see or view you(is it important how people see you), and your Sun sign is your ego/self(is it only important to you how YOU see yourself). Both may be important to some, while others could care less about one or the other.
