That would be, if one person's Venus is in Aries and the other person's Mars is in Libra..They're meant to be working together, since Libra rules Venus and Mars rules Aries..

If you look at the house cusps (edge of the houses), you will notice that no house cusps have Pisces or Virgo.

This link has a very informative article -the guy in the example has that exact same House Cusps/Interceptions as I do.

An interesting angle that this article presented to me is the fact that relocating can correct interceptions, thus easing those difficulties. This seems to be a reoccuring theme in my chart, travel and the possibility of a relocation to a foreign country.

Intercepted sign energies have no house cusp through which to easily express. Intercepted signs always occur in pairs. For example: If Virgo is intercepted, its polar opposite, Pisces, will also be intercepted. This causes another set of zodiac sign polarities to rule two house cusps apiece, granting those energies added influence in your life.

Intercepted signs indicate where we neglected to grow and expand in former life times.
