I've seen quite a few people around here who have squares or at least conflicting signs between their major planets and/or points (eg someone with Sco sun, Leo moon and Aqu asc). What do these people think about their various parts, can they see/feel these "conflicts" in their chart and how do they deal with or feel about people who are a sign that is in conflict/conjunction with what they have (for example how would sco-leo-aqu feel about an Aqu etc: more partial to aqu than say the average sco). I'm finding this fascinating as I have a very skewed air-fire chart with many oppositions, so I can't really relate to major planets/points in my chart conflicting in a square way.I know most of this would be "predictable" in astrology and we can probably tell you what will happen but I'd like to hear your personal experiences. I'm a Libra/Scorpio/Leo... I have a lot of afflictions in my chart, especially Squares.just to mention some..
Sun square Mars
Sun square Moon
Pluto square Mars
Pluto square Moon
Moon opposite Mars
Moon square Venus
Venus square Mars
I've got 3 chart singletons and 2 of them oppose each other and are the most heavily afflicted part of my chart (Leo Moon vs. Aquarius Mars)
I do notice all the afflictions...It's like a constant battle between privacy and deep attachment, pride and public, and personal freedom
Personally, I am fascinated by Leos. Absolutely fascinated....I surround myself with them. Every friend of mine has Leo either in their personal chart or in a composite/davison with me. We do conflict at times, most on ego issues but besides that it's cool.
I'm highly attracted to Aquarians as well, as friends, partners, w/e. I'm drawn to them for some reason, it could be because the energy is so strong in my chart but w/e the case. The issue I have with Aquas are ego issues as well. The only diff between them and Leos is that, Leos and I step on each others egos to shine more brightly thant he other, while Aquas kinda unintentionally wound it with their non-chalant attitudes towards everything... Scorpios and I (surprising, bc I have 4 Scorpio placements) don't mix. It's not really negative, it's just really tense and awkward, and I tend to unintentionally not get too close, or hang around them too much. Unsteady ground there..
Oddly with Taureans (don't have any placements there) , all of my female friends have their Moons in Taureans. I took 15 of best friends to close friend's charts and they all had Taurus Moons...every single last one of them. Very odd..

I don't get it. You have Moon in Scorpio square Pluto and another aspect along with 3 other planets in Scorpio. Why do you have problems getting along with Scorpio Suns? Are you bothered by their intense,emotional,passionate nature which you have too. Are you bothered by your own Scorpio/Plutonian traits? It's possible with the Pluto squares in your natal. I am just curious. That's all. I wonder if the people with Scorpio Sun just have stressful synastry with you.
I have Sun,Mercury,Venus in Scorpio along with Moon in Pisces square Neptune and Virgo Ascendant..so there is no conflict between my big 3. I even have Sun trine Moon with 2'10 orb and Sun septile(7th harmonic)Ascendant with 28 minutes of arc. I do have Venus square Mars in Aquarius. Therefore deep,emotional,feeling love nature conflicts with acting unemotional,detached.
My gal has Sun,Mercury in Aries,Moon in Scorpio conjunct Pluto,and Pisces Ascendant. She matches up well with me. She and I get along and have much in common. Our synastry is harmonious overall..including her Sun-Saturn conjunct my Sun with my Moon trine the conjunction. Our Ascendants are in opposition(same as our Ascendants conjunct Descendants)with 16 minutes of arc,and her Venus in Taurus trines my Ascendant with 3 degrees. She is just as intense,passionate,deep as I am. Of course,she is also as sensitive with me with Moon in Scorpio sextile stationary Neptune-Midheaven conjunction.
I don't really have problems with people of particular sunsigns myself.

I have Cancer sun opposed Capricorn Ascendent and all I know is that I don't mix well libra influenced people,capricorn men, and my 2 Aries brothers.I feel this constant push-pull thing going on in my personality concerning how I act and how I really feel. Plus, I don't like to be led and/or bossed around which would explain my conflicts to the aforementioned people above. They all rub me the wrong way. IP: Logged |

With all the Mars and Pluto in my chart, alot that are squared, I find that there is alot of conflict between thinking or feeling, head or the heart(but it also has to do with all the sign of Cancer I have in me). The only people that I seem to get along also have alot of Pluto/Mars quality to them. But for some strange reason lately I've been attracting Capricorn men... I have no idea why?IP: Logged |

Moon in Leo  . I embrace my Pluto (1st house conjunct my Ascendant and Sun), wholeheartedly. How could I not? That could be why, I'm so used to surrounding myself with people who I overshadow and control (just cuz of a strong personality I guess), and make myself the center of attention. For some reason with other Scorpios, it's not that I'm bothered by them it's just really intense. Passion, intensity, and emotion from OTHER people creeps me out. I don't like it too much, it makes me uneasy. Like to the point where I get furious and separate myself because for some reason I just cannot handle it from OTHER people. (Could be because I'm so sensitive I take on other people's problems/stress and make it my own..times 10..Neptune is the strongest singleton in my chart) It could be my Mars/Moon opposition. I think that has a lot to do with it. Mars is the ruler of my 7th house (other people, etc). And it's in Aquarius opposing my Moon in the 10th house from the 4th. Could just be that because I'm so "take no bull"crap" from others and so outspoken, and aggressive that when I get around Scorpios the vibe just changes...I feel like yeaaa, I can't be myself cuz I'll be too pushy. And this is before I know they're Scorpios.
Anyway, the problem isn't with Scorps at all. I think the prob is with the whole emotion/sensitive people thing. All water signs make me feel uneasy, as well as Earth signs (minus Capricorn). Could just be that darn Moon/Mars thing like I mentioned.

This is all very interesting, thanks for answers I have a leo friend with gem ris, aries moon and a lot of virgo in him (venus, merc, saturn etc) and he takes a great disliking to Sag and Aries people. I can understand Sag because he has so much Vir in his chart but could never figure out the Aries. Funny, considering he likes me and I am aries rising. I think he likes me poking and prodding him and generally being affectionately violent with him, even though he won't admit that he likes my aries bit of my personality. IP: Logged | |
