in 2004, i quit a pretty high profile, good paying, high stress job due to a lot of variables. the boss was a big meanie, my dad was having some ...well..he was put in jail for a long time, my mom had cancer and i had a 4 and 18month old....

stayed home for 2 years--LOVED it. but recently, i had to go back to work because of finances. took a low stress, good boss, not great paying job. i mean, its super low stress, no dealing with the public at all.

My old job just came back open today. The meanie boss is gone, my kids are now in preschool and school, dad is in jail for 2+ years now, mom is cancer-free....

The caveat is that the new boss is not abusive like the old one, but he does not do his job. However, the stuff he is not doing would NOT be in my job desc., so he'd be found out very soon.

What to do? Do i give up this easy job for more challenge and money? I do know that there isnt much room for me to go up here where i am at. I do know that it boils down to being cozy and comfy vs. living up to my full potential...

just looking for some outside input.
