Who knew? Well, maybe that guy who started the feminist thread, lol! I'm sure you're all scratching your heads in befuddlement right now (That is,if you're still reading {see, I am an aqua}), but I just went to astro.com and was playing around. I did my progressed chart for today (the day for a year), and lo and behold! I'm a pisces sun and have been all year (if I'm understanding the concept). It's cool. You guys should do it. You go to extended charts, progressed charts. I'm going to look up all my planets as they are right now progressed and see if it correlates to how I felt and acted this past year. Someone correct me if I'm wrong about the whole progressed day for a year thing. It is supposed to use every day for one year in the year you were born. Then, those calculations are for that year. The one thing that has me confused is: when I do the math, the day they used makes me a year older than I am right now (even though it says it's calculated today in this year). Since we are near the end of the year, do they make it for next year? That doesn't seem rational. The only thing I can think of to reconcile this difference is that they don't count the day you were born....? This is my progressed sun/asc/moon Sun/Pisces, Ascendant/gemini,Moon/aries
mars/sag, venus/capricorn

Yeah I wonder why a different date is used??...A month after my birthdate is used for the progressions.
In my progressed chart
Ive got Sun/Moon/Mercury in Pisces ...Mars is at 29 deg Aqua. Asc is in Cancer. IP: Logged |

How old are you? Are you 29 or 30? They use a different day because each day is suppposed to represent one year of your life. So, they take your b-day + one day for each year and it gives you a chart for the year. It's predictive astrology. I'm 35, but they used 36 days in their calculation, which is confusing me, since I'm 35 and not 36. I'm guessing they don't count the day of your birth. God! You're all water! Have you felt more emotional than normal this past year?
I'm going to add a person on astro.com and see what the portrait is like and see if it mirrors how I felt and acted this past year. IP: Logged |

In Mine, the only thing different is my Ascendant and MoonScorpio Ascendant, Taurus Moon ------------------

You have piqued my curiousity so I went and checked out my progressed chart, it turns out I have Aquarius Sun, Libra Moon and Gemini Ascendant. Very airy! Although in my natal chart, I have only one planet in air.IP: Logged |

I'm a leo with a Taurus moon so I'm mellow but watch out-my mars is still in aries

I'll have hit 0deg Aries by November. Are there any resources that can help interpret this progression, as in the revolution of the Zodiacal Wheel? I can't help but think it is important for me, since Mars has now progressed to 0deg Pisces, and my VX is exactly conjunct Saturn on the 10th degree of Leo.S_T IP: Logged |

MY SUN IN THE PROGRESSED CHART IS VIRGO! WEIRD. WITH A TAURUS MOON...MY VENUS IS SCORPIO. MAYBE I WILL GET SOME HOT LOVIN TONIGHT! LOL! ------------------
