I have a question. I have Mercury in sagittarius in the 4th house with a Gemini Midheaven (and Vertex in Aquarius in the 6th house.

Do those placements verify that my work (occupation) will be all of the following

-traveling a lot
-sort of have a tendency to live everywhere because of traveling for work so many places
-work has an innovative edge to it that is unmistakible and can't be found anywhere else.

I'm curious, where is Ura in your chart (6th house ruler) and where is Jupiter in your chart? Does it make any aspects to the 6th and MC (or even 2nd house)?

23,

Uranus is in Capricorn in my 4th house
(my 4th house cusp is Sagittarius but of course, like in most charts, the next sign is overlapping)

My Jupiter is in Leo in the 12th house (Conjunct the 12th cusp, but still in the 12th house)

My 6th House Aspects are:

Moon(in the 6th) Sextile Uranus

Jupiter Opposition Vertex (in the 6th)

My 10th House Aspects are:

Mars (conjunct Midheaven; in the 10th house) Quincunx Uranus

Mars Conjunct Part of Fortune (both in 10th house conjunct midheaven in Gemini)

My 2nd House Aspects are:

Uranus Square Ceres (in the 2nd House of Libra)

Venus (in 4th house) Sextile Ceres (in libra)

I think it might have to do with simply being a Sag - you'll probably travel a lot in your life, regardless of what its for

Neptune5,

Gemini (mutable, air) on the MC may denote a career that will some how involve the need to communicate either verbally and/or in writing. You'll need continual mental stimulation in your choosen career, otherwise you may become bored. Since Gemini is a dual sign you may have more than one career in your lifetime or carry on two jobs at the same time.

You should also look at aspects to the MC for more information with regards to your career. You have Mars conjunct the MC, so in your chosen career you may like to be in a leadership position. Where do you have Aries? The house with Aries on it will play a role in your career, status and ego.

Gemini's ruler, Mercury, is in Sagittarius (mutable, fire) so your need to communicate will be highly adaptable, scholarly, and more broadminded than the average person with a Gemini MC. You may also be more straightforward than the average Gemini because Sagittarian's are known to be direct, honest and just. You may be known as extremely talkative because Gemini's can be chatterboxes and that would be combined with a Sagittarian's need to be talkative.

With Mercury in the 4th (ruler of 10th in the 4th) you may be interested in a career that works with homes and housing such as real estate, or a career in connection with land such as farming, geology and archeology. Geneology may interest you. You may also work for a family business. You may travel for your country such as a person would with a career in the military, for your family, for a connection to your home or for a connection to land. Aspects to Mercury and Jupiter and/or Mercury and the 9th house ruler can aid in the need to travel for work related purposes.

Adding in some Cancer overtones for the 4th house placement of Mercury: your memory should be retentive and good, but utimately it will depend on your aspects to Mercury.

With Aquarius on the 6th house you you have a need to be original and a free thinker with regards to work. You may have a job that involves serving humanity in some capacity. With the ruler of the 6th in the 4th, again you have the possibility of working from your home, with lands, in real estate, for a family business or with the family. With the 6th house ruler in Capricorn, an earth sign, you should be dependable and practical with regards to work.

Sag rules foreign travel while Gemini rules short trips. Gemini on your MC could indicate short trips in your career (eg interstate)

This thread caused me to realize that I have three houses ruled by Mercury: the 1st, 2nd and 5th.

I have Aries on 8th and 9th house cusp

and um, 23, with the ruler of my midheaven (gemini) in sagittarius it does clearly indicate foreign trips in my career.

What I was orignially asking was if:
Gemini midheaven with Mercury in 4th house
(and aquarius 6th house cusp with uranus in 4th house (and moon in 6th house) meant that the people (mars conjunct;mostly men) I work with (6th & 10th) become like a family (4th house) to me (with mars conjunct midheaven may indicate mostly men).

Is my interpretation correct?

yes sorry I forgot to complete it, yes, mercury in Sag, being the ruler of 10th/ MC would certainly indicate long-distance/foreign travel. Gemini on its own would indicate local trips.

As for the men at work interpretation, it could very well be. Your logic is right.

Aries on the 9th might indicate a very aggressive and explorative approach to travel; the pioneer. And in some ways, it might indicate travel for yourself. So maybe when you do travel for work, there is a "selfish" component to it, ie expansion for your personal self

And your mars sits at your MC, so again, this all links back into work. So maybe your opportunities to travel come from work but you use to develop yourself. And this is all very important to you as PF is conj mc/mars, so it is what you have luck in life so to speak

I have another question, in my 10th house I also have Psyche in Gemini there, and Waldemathe Black Moon conjunct mars and conjunct part of fortune with all 3 conjunct my MC. Does that hint that my career could have a sexual undertone to it? Possibly with the guys I work with?

With Aries on the 9th house cusp, and it's ruler in the 10th (Mars) it may indicate that you may travel for your career. With Aries on the 8th house cusp, and it's ruler in the 10th (Mars) it may indicate that other people's support and money could play a role in your career, reputation and status. There could be conflicts though with Mars involved.

Yes, your co-workers could be like family to you, and you may feel "at home" with them.

Another possibility is that you like to bring your work home with you, either physically and/or psychologically.
