Hello, the third house has to to with mental strengths/abilities, early education, and basicly everyday communication with people. So which ever those planets are is how or in which way you learn and associate with others.

I have libra cusp on 3rd house with Pluto in my 3rd house, lots of asteroids though, in 3rd house i have asteroids, Poseidon (in libra), and Prosepina, Amor, and Diana in scorpio (with pluto in scorpio)

My 3rd house is intercepted with Capricorn on the cusp, and Aquarius being the sign that's swallowed...Pisces is the cusp of my 4th. I too, have zero planets in 3rd... I'm also a Gemini

I've got my Mars (Aries) and Moon (Pisces) in my 3rd house, So my communication can lead torward the dreamy side, but I've noticed that I've become more forward with people (since I have Mars in Aries ). When I was younger I was always at a lower pace (especially Math) than my fellow classmates, but that has started to change.

What is your Mercury in?

I've got Moon in the 3rd, but that in itself doesn't make my communication dreamy. I've got other Planets to take care of that.
