Welcome!

You can get a pretty accurate reading at:
Astro.com

At least for a start... then perhaps paste the portrait here... to save us some time?

Thanks,

Miss Muffet

laura,
this is a unusual composite reading as there are not alot of romantic aspects.the main one is a jupiter opposed to venus with is very loving prone to marriage as you have said.but i'm really surprised you have a stable rrelationship because there is so much tension.first mercury is square saturn, this usually indicates very little comunication and many differences in ideas.sun is square pluto ,which can indicate deep unconscious differences.even the venus/mars midpoint which symbolizes romantic love is conjunct to pluto.this can indicate a strong sexual force but it can also be the opposite and show a lack of sexual attraction at times.uranus is at midheaven which indicated that this relationship has only worked because you give each other extreme freedom of behavior in this relationship.to be frank ,this is a relationship of two very strong wills, there must be some power outside this relationship that you both embrace.the pursuit of power seem to be a underlying impulse here.
maybe a chart comparison will be more what your expecting.

Hi William,
What is strange about all this is that if you read his chart seperate and you read mine seperate the similarities are numerous.
What is different between us at least in reality is the way we express or manifest these similarities .. What we are learning as a result of being together is the outward appearances of difference is an illusion and what used to cause confusion is met with understanding . Growth came out of this in that we both learned that things are not always what they appear to be. Perceptions can be faulty due to issues that reside in ourselves that distort a clear view of someone else.
The sexual aspect has always been very comfortable. We had our lulls in these 20 years but currently the sex has never been better. Mike my husband was very instrumental in my healing of sexual abuse.
I am free in this area due to him along with my spirituality.
This relationship so far has not been easy by any means but as much as it has been work it also is extaordinary .. From the first we felt a strong bond and this bond held despite many earthquakes to use a metaphor ..
We do stir the unconcious in eachother a great deal and while this is uncomfortable it is also rewarding in that our awareness enlarges which in turn gives greater freedom.
This process has been a struggle and continues to be, but at this stage of the game we are aquainted with it , aware of what it brings so the learning still hard but acceptance and realization is much faster.
I wonder why when the charts are viewed seperately the similarities are profound.
The similarities are not surface ones either.
He has a huge heart and so do I . We both are extremely empathetic as well. Again what seems to differ with us is the manifestation of these traits. What we have come to see and know is to respect these differences and learn from them ..
I want to thank you for looking ,,
I will keep learning as well
Laura

I love your synastry!

His Mercury is in Aqua like your Moon which is great for communication.

Your Sun is trine his Moon and Venus.

His Mars OMG.. is on your Venus/Mars conjunction in LEO.. shalt we spell p a s s i o n with a capital P lol

His Saturn is conjunct your Moon.. so I'm thinking he'd be very supportive and someone you feel you can count on. The bad side of this would be emotionally restrictive, but it really sounds like he’d be the supportive Saturn type.. rather than the restrictive parent type.

You also have some good Pluto aspects.. no squares or oppositions as far as I can see.. except for Pluto opposite Jupiter.. but with all that other stuff this looks like a very supportive, warm, sexually gratifying, talkative (his Sun opposite your Merc) and deeply understanding relationship.

Ms Muffet ,
I have been to astro and have read the reading. What is truly amazing is that it fits very well.
My husband and I come from very dysfunctional homes .. There was an abundance of pain in both family systems and as a result what was experienced was misunderstandings , aloneness , violence and very little acceptance and proper love.
What my husband and I share is the deep desire above anything is to have harmony .
We both were very sensitive as small children which in some ways robbed us of being a child on some levels. Seriousness set in and the exposure of it had it affects.
But as is always compensation was given in that we gained where we lost.
I am fascinated with what I am learning.
In my life I have been learning and seeing the synergy and the serendipity of life on so many levels and I am awed by it all.
Astrology is just validating this more and the profoundness of it all leaves me speechless. This forum has been a blessing ..
Thanks

Hey Lauren,
Yes the passion is incredible. I feel very safe with him and this helped a great deal in my healing of many issues.
I want to thank you for giving me some validation because I am just begining to learn and some readings are very ambiguous .
But I just needed confirmation because what my husband and I both share is , doubting that anything wonderful as what we have be actually real. I say this because we are now reaping many of the rewards of work we put into ourselves. As for the parental role , we both have taken it with eachother at different times in our marriage for good reason too. But we share power and this sharing was out of necessity because what I am very good at he is not and what he is good at I am not. We have learned to celebrate this and where it is possible learn .
Above all I think God and his hosts in heaven get majority of the credit for all things in our lives .. It is incredible beyond words..
Thanks once again.
Laura

Laura,

There is a LOT of stress between you in the synastry chart. As Lauren indicated, this can cause passion...but it can also cause long-term issues. However, you have shown that it IS possible to work out stress issues in a relationship if BOTH people in the relationship are willing to work on these issues. May you and your husband have many more years together.

Relating,

Tim

Hey Tim,
Long term issues are what we came into the relationship with. This relationship has been a source of untangling those deeply rooted issues , hidden but for Grace sake revealed to reach a place that nurtures life ..

Why is Saturn , Pluto , Uranus and any other aspect or planet that brings challenge or friction seen as a negitive?
As I experience this life I am coming to see that while these aspects are difficult , trying and such a bummer to get through , they seem to pay in an abundance in return.
For me I noticed that I experienced pain which ever path I took. The difference between them was resisting was pain with more pain , while acceptance and cooperation which is difficult not only because of the pain but due to the unfamiliar. But the gain for the pain compensates abundantly.
Knowing this even today I still balk and get stuck but my stuck time has shortened so I supose this is growth ..
Thanks
Laura
