How about I make an appointment with someone(a hypnotherapist), and then let you know what happens afterwards, I'll be the guinea pig?! I'll call it 'The Hypno Log' and I'll post it in the Free for All section, I'll note what he/she does and the after effects. It will begin sometime after October 10th, if anyone else is curious how it goes. Just hope I don't end up like that guy in the movie "Stir of Echoes" LOL!IP: Logged |

You can learn to be your own hypnotherapist; btw I see nothig wrong with hypnosis no one can make you do anything if you really dont want to do this or if its against your nature or moral code and no one can be hypnotized if they dont want to be.IP: Logged |

Interesting topic. I happen to be a bit curious about hypnosis and hypnotherapy as well, although I know practically nothing about them.I think self-hypnosis can be more powerful than most of us are aware of. But I suppose self-hypnosis may belong to another independent thread, I don't know. Unless you guys are also interested in the subject of self-hypnosis too. I personally think it's worth a try, as long as you find the right hypnotherapist. By the way, Sigmund Freud began his career with hypnosis, before he invented/discovered psychoanalysis. So, best of luck, librachoice7. Let us know how it goes. ------------------ May not be able to get back to you...appreciate your say nevertheless...D IP: Logged |
