Hey everyone,

I just realized how many chiron aspects I have in my chart:

Chiron opposition Sun, Mercury, Saturn, and Uranus
Chiron conjunct Moon
Chiron square Mars and Jupiter

My Chiron is in Gemini in the 11th house.

I was reading interpretations for these aspects tonight, and the general sense I get is that I am very good at directing and inspiring others, lifting them above and beyond me, while being unable to heal or lift myself.

Anyone else want to share their Chiron aspects and how they affect you?

I want to explore this interesting asteroid more now..

shirty-
i notice you have listed chiron opposite saturn.my bf has chiron square saturn.
he does seem to lift up the moods of others
but he seems to suffer from a low grade depression also. i think i read somewhere that this would be attributed to chiron squaring saturn.if i can find this info again i will send u a link.

william -- by over-bearing do you mean for the other people or for the person with the aspects in their chart? i do not tend to burden others. and i agree in part with the selfishness, but it's more like a survival thing. i dunno.

lovegoblin -- it would be great if you found that link!

shirty-i feel try to find it when i get home
from work tonight-i am on est.

i believe it stated chiron (wounded healer)in opposition or square to saturn that basically there was a restriction or block or receiving the type of healing you desire.

i will try to find the other later!

Chiron is selfish? How so?

I have... Chiron in Cancer in my 7th House

Oppose: Saturn Uranus Moon Neptune
Square: Mars MidHeaven
Trine: Pluto

Don't know it this applies, but I tend to be sensitive to how others react towards me.

shirty-
the following is from cafe astrology:

With hard Chiron-Moon aspects, there is a feeling of awkwardness about expressing our emotional needs. These people may easily tell others "I am really fine", and then privately resent them when they can't see the hollowness of that statement! There is a tendency to dramatize the emotions. Depending on the position of the Moon in the chart, this may take place on the inside or might be apparent to others. There can be a "bottomless pit" feeling on an emotional level--a feeling that emotional satisfaction is always just out of reach. Mothers with these aspects may often feel guilty that they are not doing enough for their kids. There can be a tendency for people with these aspects to pour their feelings out, and then feel guilty or awkward about doing so and they proceed to cover it up and avoid the issue.

sorry about the delay!

Lovegoblin,

How about a conjunction between one's Moon and other's Chiron? Who would be feeling this emotional wound? Who would be causing the pain? Also, the same Chiron is opposing other's Sun...I guess it would be Chiron inflicting the pain right? I'm curious to know what you think about this...Thanks!

Chiron is the focal point in my funnel chart -
the only planet on one half of the chart.

It is in the 3rd,
opposite Sun/Venus/MC/Uranus,
square Moon,
square Jupiter,
trine Saturn (asc ruler).

I agree that it is probably the new planetary ruler of Virgo.

CRABPLANET

here are some synastry explanations i found.
i don't know who feels the wound that never heals the most. i would be greatful to find that out also. i can't seem to find definitive information of that. some state it is chiron that feels the most. other descriptions are just really generic. i hope this helps!

FEMALE Moon is Conjunct MALE Chiron
F and M have a gentle and loving relationship, which plays a significantrole in their lives. They have an intuitive understanding of each other's needs, anempathy that sometimes seems to go beyond the bounds of human understanding.F feels that destiny has played a role in attracting M into her life. It is true that M has the capability of sensitively changing F life, helping hersatisfy previously unmet emotional needs. M may play a nurturing, healing orteaching role in this relationship. It is likely that F feels safe in this relationship. In turn F provides M with opportunities to discover new talents, particularly in the fields of teaching, or orthodox or unconventional medicine. This is likely to be a close, intimate relationship that helps both F and M weatherlife's troubles and discover joy.

i know you wanted a sun opposite chiron but this is a stressful aspect to chiron-they might be similar in your experience:

FEMALE Sun is Square MALE Chiron
This combination of the Sun and the asteroid Chiron is a difficult one, presenting both F and M with the challenge of reassessing their life goals in order thatthey may head in new directions. This relationship is a significant one enabling both F and M to grow and change, but only after some soul searching. As aresult of this union F may discover new talents and a new sense of self and M may find a new role as a teacher or healer. However, initially they have to overcome old hurts, which stand in the way of honest communication. The path togreater self-understanding is not always smooth and this relationship is one of thelessons on the journey. Through delving into past hurts, this union can be a healingone and through each other F and M can learn valuable lessons. It isimportant that M and F develop compassion and understanding for eachother. Otherwise they may unwittingly contribute to further emotional pain.

Lovegoblin,

Thank you so much for your help on these combinations. I do feel that the one who feels more pain is me. Also because I have a natal Chiron squaring my Sun and my Moon! My Chiron is also opposing my Uranus. Strangely, I feel very attracted to this person who also has his Venus in conjunction with my Chiron,... that I'm not sure what it brings. I just know it's an important relationship, but why do I have to feel attracted to someone who is bringing me so much pain? Is this a "mirror"- relationship? I just know that his father was a very violent man, I'm not sure about his mother. He composes soul music...could he be hiding his painful emotions behind his songs? And be incapable of releasing them in real life? I am his opposite, I don't write songs, I express verbally all my emotions, but he seems to be completely out of reach...as if nothing could penetrate his heart. Several times I tried to put an end to this, but at the last minute he keeps coming back. I don't understand him, and I don't understand my attraction to this man...I must be crazy!

you aren't crazy at all. we've all been there i am sure. venus conjunct chiron is considered by magi astrology to be one of the best aspects a couple could have. i'm sure you need to look at your whole chart synastry. you can read some magi astrology
stuff at www.magiastrology.com

A big part of me could be happy with a Natal Chart made up of only my Chiron placement and nothing else

Chiron in Pisces in the 10th House

I'm just now taking a closer look at a Natal Venus in the 4th, Opposite Chiron in the 10th. Anyone have experience with this, or ideas? Or any interpretations you like?

Thanks.
