Today was a terrible day for everyone I know! Everyone was depressed and lonely feeling...Anyone else feel like this?

What is causing it? any clue?

I felt this way today too.
Why, I dont know
But one thing that isnt helping is how dark it has gotten outside every day lately, and cold. Not looking forward to this winter of 5 months. Felt summer wasnt even here this year.

My day wasn't great either. It could've been worse though. I'm coming down with something and there were certain things with friends and school. But lately...I don't know how to describe it, but I've been having this feeling of......empowerment I guess. You know? When you feel that you're in control of your life and that you suddenly have the confidence to do anything. I've been working much more efficiently and quickly lately.....weird. I know this steps away from the subject a bit, but has anyone else experienced this?
