Hello there!I've recently discovered this forum in my "quest" to find more about one of my hobbies - astrology.I have to say that i was pretty impressed by the discussions in here and i decided i should join you, as I too, have loads of questions and ideas that need to be shared
This being said, i hope to spend a lot of time in here and find out more about myself and the people around me
Now, i have a little curiosity, i wonder if i really do have particular looks of my sun sign and ascendent.Let's give it a try, what do you think i am?

Leo asc all the way!That was pretty easy, i never thought i give away so much
It must be the eyes or something...
I'll post my chart later, i need some input as to why i'm so attracted to certain signs, it's been a mistery to me,no matter how much i'd try to analyse any kind of chart

hi ana,
venus pluto conjunction is a strong aspect to start.for a woman it can bring some problems because your goung to be hit on all the time.also it can make it hard to have female friends as the strong sexual aura you have can bring out jealous or resentment.though your loose sextile with mercury make this resentment less forceful.at any rate ,your sexual energies arevery strong.
your mercury is conjunct to uranus,undoubtedly shows your interrest in astrology.this gives a brilliant mind,quick witted and very perceptive.the opposition to chiron increases your critical faculties but adds a element of sarcasm.
the sun is conjunct saturn ,fortunately with a loose orb.to tight of a conjunction can bring depressive states.your situation inclines toward depressed staes but usually it leans more to deep reflection with slight insecurity issues.
mars is sextile to the mer/urn conjunction and trine jupiter.gives you a overall just perspective.gives very good hand-eye coordination and atheletic prowess in general

your sun/saturn conjunction and your mercury/uranus conjunction together give you a little bit of a bi-polar quality,though for sure i use this loosely as i don't see a pathological nature to this.but you can be perplexing as sometimes you are very assertive and then you become more reflective.the venus/uranus midpoint is conjunct to saturn,this accentuates your off and on qualities.your have a almost hyper midpoint with a very sober a best saturn.i get the feeling that you tend to smoulder when your get ****** off.then your sun is conjunct the pluto/uranus midpoint.this indicates that after your fuse has smouldered a bit,you can really go off.though theree is inherent harmony in your chart,you truly have a scary explosive nature,im sure you friends know this.you also have your venus/mercury midpoint in the middle of your sun/saturn conjunction.this indicates that you are less social than the opportunities provide.you seem out going yet you like your solitude and will past on some parties.
your mer/uran mp is sextile to jupiter,another indication of your intellectual power,not only to you have the quick mind but you also have the breath of vision to apply various inputs.this also gives you a just afair outlook

thank you so much for the reply, it's brilliant how you people have this ability to interpret someone's chart so quickly and accuratly, hopefully i'm going to learn to do this too

I do have tendencies towards depression but i also have the strength to overcome it whenever it happens.I've had a lot of trouble with my low self-esteem issues and i still do, fortunatly for me, it's been better lately.

What you said about being less social than the opportunities provide, it's better than i could have said it myself.I do pass on some parties as i feel there's nothing too interesting about them or the people i'd meet.I've also noticed that my chart is pretty balanced, i have every kind of sign and element there is.Though at times i can and certainly am explosive (my friends and relatives sure know about this one)

I am outgoing and love to spend time with friends and generaly meet new people which is ,i believe, the influence of my aquarian moon.And about the fact that i can become bipolar, i guess it's the libran Mars, i always seem to see both sides of a problem and i don't take decisions easily as i can't make up my mind which side is better

You know I can't totally pin point it.. just little things I saw that made me think it. The eyebrows, forehead area... Even a little in the eye area.. Not the eyes themself so much.. It's hard to explain fully. LOL

I have Leo rising too: You can see it in the steady gaze, the holding up a bit of the head, it gives off a very sincere yet ...unflappable look. It tells the other person that you treat yourself with respect and if they treat you the same everything will be fine, if not.. then they should expect that you will treat them with a standoffish disdain. This may or may not be true of the inner you but the ASC def gives off that vibe. Then again my Leo ASC takes up my entire 1st house so the effect may be more descriptive of me whereas altho you def have Leo rising, a bit of Virgo rising would apply to you as well.

Also, it can be in the way you walk. By it people will think that you dont "stoop" to others and that you dont do "petty." Its very regal and if your ASC is strong youll find that people will shut up a bit around you and defer a bit to your "natural authority" that strong Leo energy usually possesses[sp?] or wants to possess. Plus this will be doubled as I find Scorp energy to be regal in its own way, actually all the fixed signs are in their own way, but Scorp doesnt usually like to screw around in their demeanor unless theres strong Gemini perhaps. Aqua Moon will jump out at appropriate times when you feel secure to fly your unconventional attitudes.

Arnicka, that's really interesing, i've also noticed that this particular ascendant influence on me, gives people a wrong impression about who i really am.I might act as a leo on the outside, but my feelings are a weird mix between scorpio and aquarian.It happened that someone would be straightforward with me in matters of feelings, thinking i could take it lightly just because i act strong, and i would find myself shocked as to why they did this. Either that or people would judge me for being bossy, for looking too deep into their eyes (and scarring them) or for my creative and weird ides.
Well, perhaps that's why i'm working in the Advertising business afterall.

Yea Im sure people are surprised when your Aqua Moon traits pop out! And unfortunately Leo asc does give people false impressions, but on the other hand you may be closer to others because of this first impression. Especially those with Leo Moon Venus or Sun that conj your Asc. Since leo hates to appear the fool in public, the energy gravitates to those who share your 20 something degree placement. It can either be a very comforting energy recognizing these people, very playful [and you can after a period of time if you keep abreast of chart patterns of people you meet/are friendly with] or having a strong sense that you two are on "display" and that people are looking to you for an example as to how to "behave" I guess would be the best word I can come up with. I have Pisces sun so the display business doesnt really suit me, and Scorp is rather introverted,,,but not morosely so......

Oh well, all in all its a fun ASC, in my not so humble Leo rising opinion.
