I've been thinking lately at the resamblence between people.Why do certain individuals resamble so much one another?Think about look-alikes, people that are not related though they do share strikingly similar features.
Do you believe there's an astrological answer to it?or a biological one?is it only a matter of genetics?

Also what I have noticed is similar personality with ppl. I had this professor that taught Criminal Justice and I use to laugh at him all the time bc he had ways and his demeanor was like a ex-boyfriend of mine he would hold his head like him say some crazy stuff out his mouth like my ex just alot of things that I saw. I would tell a couple of my girlfriends and they thought I was just being obsessed and I knew what I knew.

I go down to the teachers lounge one day where they had the teachers bdays posted for the month and bam there is was turns out my professors bday was 2 days befor my ex's all I could say is I KNEW IT!!! I told my girlfriend about it and she just laughed..She was like you are so observant.

Personalities can be similar too if the ppl are the same sun sign. I have seen it befor..

I kept getting mistaken for a girl that was born 3 days after me. We did kind of share some physical characteristics and we were from similar backgrounds (She's Cape Verdian, I'm Mocambiquan). It was so strange. Only I'm a bit lighter than she is, plus she wears too much makeup. We have every placement in common except our moons and probably our asc's too. My moon is in virgo, her's is in Libra.

On the other hand, people think that me and my sister look like twins....and we're not. But once they've been around us a while they can tell us apart. She's a Sun Piscean/moon in gemini/scorp asc. I'm a sun in cancer/moon in virgo/cap asc.

depending on hairstyle,facial hair or clean shaven

a lot of people of different ethnicities

Black and Mexican
Puerto Rican or some other Hispanic,
Samoan or some other Pacific Islander,
Arab,or
Indian

Black,Portuguese,English,German,French,Italian,Puerto Rican,Native American,and Jewish.

I once met a girl who was a differently colored version of myself...turned out we had the same birthday.

Met this other girl who reminded me of me a lot - the expression on her face, the way she carried herself - and she turned out to be a totally different sign...but we did have the exact same name, first and last.

I went on Astrofaces but they didn't have my combination of Sun, Moon and Asc but they did have my partners astro combo. It was a woman and I showed my partner his twin while I was laughing it was so funny. She did have a resemblance to my partner. My partner didn't find it as funny as I did.

Ive seen Moon conjunctions to have a lot of similarity, esp in the face/eyes. Also Moon conj ASC.

Something I've tended to notice is that with my Sag ascendant and Scorpio moon, I've had similarities to a Sag sun/Scorp ascendant lady, (so there we have the moon/ASC conjunction as well as a sun/ASC conjunction between us), and another woman who's a Sag ascendant. Interestingly when the Sag sun lady was younger, she was said to look like the Sag ASC lady! She now sees some of her younger self in me, I think. Somebody once mistook me for her daughter. We're petite, blonde, and have a similar eye shape. When she first met me, she said she could see the Scorpio in me, and that it was my eyes.

Apart from that, I look similar to the Sag sun's *real* daughter in a way (again - petite, blonde, similar eye shape), but she's a Cap sun, Gemini ascendant! So I have no idea where that ties in apart from her mother's genetics. I look vaguely similar to another lady who's a Scorpio sun, Gemini moon (so we have a moon/sun thing going on - again, petite and blonde). But I don't have much strong Gemini in me apart from my Venus and DC, so I'm not sure that's got anything to do with it.

Now the question is - with my Taurus sun, why do I not resemble any other Taureans that I know of??

Hmmm... I went to the myheritage site and found that the closest celebrity i resemble is Helena Paparizou. but the other site, i dun think i look anything like those celebrity with the same sun, moon and ascendent...

Hmm Apparently I look like Calista Flockhart, Izabella Scorupco, Molly Sim's and Julianne Moore.. it's my Jaw area,full cheeks and pointy nose I assume LOL

I have Gotten Angelina Jolie before.. I have the Aries moon too.. but it depends on the site.and my pictures.

Definately! My neighbor has the same sun, moon and RISING as Giselle Bunchen. They look JUST alike!

I know many people who have the same birthday and have many of the same characteristics...I find it fascinating.

GeminiLover- We have the same Moon & ASC and I'm petite and blonde too.

My BF has a lot of similarities to Joshua Jackson from Dawson's Creek.... but the only connection I could make is that Joshua has sun opposite neptune (my BF is a Pisces) and they both have moon/saturn and mars/saturn aspects in their natal chart.

BlueEyes24, how funny! I'm wondering what your eye shape is like? The similarity between me and the women I mentioned is what other people have called an 'almond' eye shape, or the 'cat-eye' shape. (What the Sag/Scorp woman described to me as my 'Scorpio' eyes).

I've had some funky stuff...

When I sent pictures where I wasn't smiling...I had earthy people come up.

When I sent pictures where I was smiling...I had watery people come up- only one was a leo (and that was against like 5 water ppl)

That is weird...can someone explain why?

I'm virgo sun, merc, mars....leo moon and venus....pisces asc.

I met someone who was born same day as me but was 8 years older than me. My first name is their middle name. We both have professional similarities. It was bizaare meeting her, it was like my personality was being played back to me when talked to each. However, she looked nothing like me.
