Neptune,

11's are capable of doing great things. Just because you won't do something doesn't necessarily other 11's won't.

It all comes down to free will. What we choose to do with our energies.

My mother has an 11 lifepath and a 22 expression number. Therefore she has 33 Maturity number. She is not living up to her potential either. She has had rough life including never knowing her mother(a 22 lifepath born on the 29th),being Dyslexic,being in 13 fosterhomes,losing her firstborn child to adoption at 15 yrs old,having another child(me born on 29th) at 17 yrs old by a former drug addict/drugdealer,being almost shot to death,her child needing special education and wondering if will ever do anything like normal children,and being in an unhappy marriage for 12 yrs to a man 25 years her senior,lost her father to suicide(born on 22nd),has Hepatitis C,Diabetes,and lost all her toes on her left foot,and who knows how long she will live,her health is very bad for somebody who is 52 yrs old. That's a lot to deal with...very rough life. She has great potential,but she hasn't realized it. Instead she acts like a victim and can't do things on her two feet. She is dependent on social security. This woman thought of being a nun as a child. She ended up being a cosmetologist.

check out my mom's chart...it's very strong in water,Neptune,Pluto,and Uranus.
Her Moon is near the accursed degree of 19 degrees Scorpio...I feel that has a lot to do with being unwanted by her mother and never knowing her mother as well as her highly emotional volatile nature. My Mercury is near the accursed degree too...that could be my learning disabilities,my speech stuff,as well as my volatile communications/speech,misunderstandings,miscommunications at times. My mother and I argued a lot. We have Moon conjunct Mercury with 30 minutes of arc. We had numerous intense arguments that included her cussing at me and that ended up with her hitting me. Just overly intense...our Moon-Mercury conjunction near the accursed degree.
