The website sorta resembles wikipedia. I think it's the background that does it. Most of the interpretations I looked for weren't available...looking forward to see what will be added to the site in the future.

That site IS wikipedia. It is a subdivision within wikipedia. There are probably other subdivisions which are directly accessible through an alternative addy, i.e., a direct link.
