Topic: Just wondering ..... Progression Questions

I have 2 questions....

1. How long does it take progressed chart to change ? Does it depend on actual planet motion?

2.If there are 2 people they meet in perticular time(good time). It would be better to look at progressed charts than their birth charts to see what's really happening presently in relationship.

I am thinking it might affect their relationship as their progressed charts changes.
