When someone's planet touches your node does that make the relationship hard to forget? Well I guess what I want to know is do you think it can cause a type of obsession? I have a friend who's personal planet is conjunct my North Node. He once asked me if I thought that he was obsessed with me. I didn't quite know how to answer the question. Then he told me I was his best friend and no matter what happens good or bad he doesn't want to lose me as a friend.

i'd put forward that it could make a big impression of a special kind .. but as far as the potential for 'obsession' is concerned .. astrologicaly the answer would probably be elsewhere in the chart ..
take look at what be happening in his chart re transits and the like ..
