and if someone can give me an "astro-children" interpretation for this:

capricorn cusp 5th
neptune in 5th (in capricorn)
saturn in 5th (in capricorn)
true node in 5th (in capricorn)
Major aspects (that aren't generational)
Moon in Pisces in 6th Sextile Neptune
Jupiter in Leo in 12th Quincunx Neptune
No major aspects to saturn
Chiron in Cancer in 11th Opposition True Node

My 5th house:
*contains Neptune
My daughter has:
*Moon in Pisces
*Neptune conj ASC by 2 deg
*Neptune in the 12

My 5th house:
*ruled by Sagittarius
My daughter has:
*Sagittarius MC
*Jupiter in the 9th house
*Moon trine Jupiter

Shes so young but I expect her to be very intelligent, high wired, talkative, incredibly intuitive, stubborn and creative.....something like myself

For you neptune5, Id look for Neptune and Saturn traits to predominate in your children [well, at least the 1st]. Likely that theyll be creative but also have a practical application for that creativity, rather than squandering it on aimless dreaming.

Ive got Saturn in the 5th house in Virgo...

It conjuncts my North Node, which both are involved in a T-square

Gawd...I have a feeling I wont be having children for a long long time .

Cant see myself getting married till I at least turn 30! First I have to find a guy to marry...cant see when thats gonna happen in the forseeable future. I gotta do some traveling...work overseas. I have huge hunch I'll be a career women...So I'll probably have my parents live with me...my mother loves kids and she didnt want to end with just 6 of her own. Family is very important to me...I couldnt leave my kids alone, with a sitter or daycare.

One of my friend's mother had my friend and her two other siblings in a matter of three years, in her mid to late 30s. I'll probably be doing the same.
