Jupiter in the 7th or 8th? Or saturn in the 7th? - or maybe that just means you’ll marry someone too old or young. Check out 7th & 8th planets - with like maybe loads of good aspects. ------------------ aka WaterNymph - pisces/virgo/pisces/aquarius/aries/aries. “the person must lose himself in order to find himself” Liz Greene IP: Logged |

Doesn't Magi Astrology talk about having "Cinderella Aspects" in the Natal Chart or somehting like that? Its like when Chiron positively aspects your venus, jupiter, neptune, or even pluto.IP: Logged |

Hey And...what aspects, if any, do you have in mind? Or is there a famous guy in the pic??? Just a generalizing...Im thinking Leo influenced planets in the 7th for fame. Wealth Im thinking more materialistic Taurus or Cap influence. IP: Logged |

Yes, I second the Jupiter in the 7th or the 8th, especially if this planet makes conjunction/trine/sextile aspects with Venus, Neptune, Pluto. But, my husband has this aspect in his 8th house, and I am not wealthy. LOL!!, and our respective Jupiter fall into each other 7th house. I'd like to think that we will make each other wealthy. funny you make this post. I was actually wondering the opposite JUST NOW than find this. I was wondering about aspects when people don't care about money at all in regards to marriage.I have none of the aspects mentioned thus far and I think I would be a good canidate for not caring about money in regards to marriage. gf has jupiter in 7th out of the aspects mentioned. hmm, it will be interesting to chart the direction of this thread and see what else comes up and see if it fits in with friends, ect. cause a few would marry for money, I know! sometimes its just about making the right connections more than money. I am more of the one to make connections (networking) which allow for advantages in given situations. IP: Logged |

Well, if DD is talking about leo influenced planets in the 7th then the Sun must be one of them. Hey, Hey, this placement I have. That makes sense, the partner becoming famous and the flamboyant sun in the 7th. IP: Logged |

Strange, I don't care about my partner or potential husband having money at all! My ex was a student (ie poor!), although I suppose I did feel safe knowing that we would have a financially secure future (he graduates with his PhD next year and will become a lecturer). My boyfriend right now and for the past year and a half doesn't have a paid job, and although this would send soo many women off the edge, for some reason it doesn't worry me in terms of the financial issue. The only thing that does worry me is the psychological issue that he needs to be meaningfully involved in something that has a reward for him other than just the love of doing it (he has done volunteer work for as long as I've known him and he is frustrated by that). So I want the volunteer work to pay off for him by next year, but otherwise, money definitely isn't high on my list of priorities in a potential husband. My 7th house ruler is Gemini and I have Saturn in the 7th house, but I don't see either of these as relating to the money issue. My 8th house ruler is Cancer (intercepted by Leo) and there are no planets there. Personally I think that Jupiter in the 8th would be a strong tendency for the desire for a rich husband or wife, and especially if it's also within 5 degrees of the 7th house. That's just my opinion/educated guess though!

Oh by the way I do know someone with Jupiter in the 8th, and I think that it is very close to the cusp of 7th and 8th, and that person in the past has LOVED their partner to spend money on them, to the point that it becomes a very selfish trait - or at least appears to be. I think they've toned it down a lot since they've gotten older though. IP: Logged |

Hmm i have Jupiter in the 7th and im not a big fan of expensive gifts...more into small meaningful ones that show the person knows me. I also want to make more money than my husband but i attribute it to Scorp moon power issues. I would hate for my husband to consider himself in charge because he makes more money IP: Logged |

"Hmm i have Jupiter in the 7th and im not a big fan of expensive gifts...more into small meaningful ones that show the person knows me."exactly like my gf! she can be very sentimental about small things..to the point where it seems like being materialistic..well, i guess it is, but its for a good reason, because it holds an emotional value not selfish or shallow. I wonder if that trait relates to our Scorpio moons, BUD? I'm the same. I love it when my bf turns up with something inexpensive that is just perfect for me, because (a) it's well-chosen, and (b) it shows he was thinking of me. So maybe it's to do with the 'feelings' thing that our Scorp moons are into?I have another question relating to the fame side of all this. I don't know if it's anything to do with marriage though so maybe I'll start a new thread so this one doesn't get too off-topic... IP: Logged |

I have Jupiter in the 8th. I'm still waiting for someone rich and/or famous to kick in...Jupiter in the 8th is supposed to be good for inheritances, but I never inherited anything and wouldn't be likely to- my dad's leaving everything to Mom and odds are due to his illness and her spending I doubt there'd be anything to inherit :P IP: Logged |

Lol, waiting for your big break jellfullmoon? Hmmm, I would think a good candidate for someone benifiting financially through their marraige is if they had Jupiter in the 7th soft aspecting another planet in the 2nd.IP: Logged |

I have Jupiter conjunct Mars in the 8th, trine Venus and Pluto (which are conjunct) in the 4th house. What would that mean? My partners have varied from very wealthy to pretty poor.. but I must say I prefer someone with more money, just because it opens doors to exciting adventures (I love to travel). I'm pretty well off considering I'm a student working part-time, and I like to live at a certain level of comfort. But my family is always lacking funds, so I'm used to dealing with whatever. Wouldn't mind an inheritance or wealthy partner some day though.. IP: Logged |

I have Jupiter in the 8th. I wouldn't rule out marrying someone with some wealth or fame. Do I accept gifts? Sure (feel free). IP: Logged |
