I honestly feel like my heart is breaking into a million pieces.

To do with a guy of course.

His name is Seth and he is American. I'm british.I met him while on my year abroad 05-06.(In America)

He is now studying in denmark for a semester and came to England for a visit. Things got romantic with us (it had been on the cards when I was in the states but i had to come back home). SO we spent a weekend in london together and talked about me going to visit him in Denmark and staying with him in America when I go back in March.

So we talked alot when he went back to Denmark but I havent had contact with him in two weeks and he told me that he is really busy so I cant come and visit. His ex gf is also writing to him calling him darling etc.

So, i need to face facts but my heart is breaking.

Sometimes whenI feel down, I cry a lot and think I am never gonna get over that feeling, and then it just lifts..and I feel a lot lighter.

It normally occurs in the morning..feels like a curse at the time...

I think its grief.
