Can some one tell me what a person with this in their chart may be like..Just a snippet bc I know maybe some other placements might be needed..

Think of the first house as a description that the person might give: I am (signs and planets in the first house).

The sevenths house is the "I am not ..... (signs and planets in the 7th). This area gets projected on others, often becoming a description of the "other half" that we look for.

In reality, both halves are us and might better we thought of as 1st house--outside, and seventh house--inside.....or, more accurately, behind your back where you cannot ordinarily see it in the mirror.
