I meant to start a topic about this sooner, because we recently got a new puppy who happens to be an Aquarius. My other dog was a Leo and they're so very different. Chance, my Aquarius shepherd/lab/boxer mix, will sleep on absolutely anything, and drops in random places in the kitchen and sleeps. In the middle of the road.
Patch, my lovely Leo, who was a purebred beagle, and who I loved more than words can express. He was my best friend for a little over 12 1/2 years. He was very picky about where he slept. He had to have lots of cushioning. We let him sleep on our beds and the sofas throughout the house, and he'd never lay on the lynolium [sp?] in the kitchen. We had a spot for him with a couple blankets folded over eachother in the kitchen that he'd sleep on, but he wouldn't lay down anywhere else. He also would sit in the backyard, my house sits on a hill, so he would sit up on the hill and stare down over the yard like he owned the place. He also had a prideful huff to his chest whenever he would sit. Also, he had some cat-like qualities, like he'd rub up against people? It was kind of strange. He was my little Leo though. This is a good topic!! I had 2 cats both Aries.. They are/were mother and daughter.. The daughter who was 5yrs old passed away last year.. She was my baby.. I believe she had some Cancer influence! Very loving, couldn't handle her space being changed around and always had a hiding space! Was attached to my hip and if I had to go away for any length of time she would pee on my husband haha Like it was his fault! Then would get so excited when I got home! Poor thing. was such a lover though! Now her mother I have had for 8yrs... You would think she's a year old at best.. so active, and playful! She's got a temper though... but once she's done biting, or scratching at you for whatever you did to make her angry she comes back a minute later like nothing ever happened LOL It's hilarious.. When you tell her to go because you've got a wound she stands there looking at you like "what did I do?" OMG what riot!!! IP: Logged |

Awww thats adorable! MIne sleeps all day, LOVES her space, hates anyone in it. Very posessive of things (my mother included). Though it takes her a long time to get mad, but when shes mad shes vicious. IP: Logged |

Aww... great to read about ur pets!- I love animals  I've one little Yorkshire, he's a Cancer- He's super sweet, loves to be hugged, but there are times, he just wants to be alone, in "his world" hah-
He absolutely loves being in the house, and doesn't like strangers coming to visit. Loves sweets. Hmm... what else?, he is very playful also. Then we have another dog, a really big one, called Tupac. He is a Sagittarius. And guess what?? ... he loves MORE than anything being outdoors wether taking a walk in the beach or running wild in the country. Got's plenty of energy. TAURUS (4/21-5/21)Taurus pets are quiet and passive and are the easiest in the Zodiac to train. However, if they are provoked into fighting - watch out! These animals never give up. They are cautious about meeting new people, but when they like you, you are a friend for life. They will always remember your "scent." These animals love to be outdoors, but may prefer sleeping to playing. They love to eat and may develop a weight problem. They are possessive and will guard their food and toys fiercely. ARIES: (3/21-4/20)
Aries cats and dogs are always bursting with energy. They love attention, petting and cuddling and are never shy. In fact, it may be hard to keep up with these hyperactive animals. Quick tempered, they are not the type to back down from a fight. They are easily embarrassed, so don't scold them in public. Reward good behavior with a special snack. Never give your pet "people food." Strong flavored and spicy treats are their favorite. The most difficult aspect of keeping an Aries pet is to get them to obey you. They may be difficult to housebreak. Firmness, a schedule, and repetition is what is needed.

My last three kitties have all been Tauruses. I love their devotion and sweet disposition(s). Sophie and Samantha, my current two, are 1 1/2 years and 6 months, respectively. They both love to be scratched and agree that they remember my scent and sleep on any of my clothes no matter where they are. Winston, who has been gone for almost 2 years, was my best little friend and Pumpkin Pie Girly Girl (one of her gazillion nicknames). I still miss her. My cat was Aries. She had to go out everyday without fail. She was independent and fiery, but always loving.My dog is Cancer with Gemini moon. He is awesome, home-loving, gentle, huggable, obedient, who loves to talk alot - he's always barking at strangers. And he's very hyperactive, needing to run and exercise alot. <3 IP: Logged |

My darling retriever is a capricorn, same as my son coincidently and they're best mates. She is my best mate.My former cat on the other hand was a leo, the same as my ex. I gave it to his new girlfriend cos I feared for its safety- I was gonna kill it. He hates the thing (think he hates himself deep down???) but she loves the stupid thing. I've always had animals and I love them so much, just not that cat! As we speak the stupid thing is vacationing in my house while they're on holidays. I'm a sucker I know. My kids have a scorpio shetland pony who used to be a show pony, not sure what my QHX is but he's loyal only to me and jealous of the pony, lol. IP: Logged |

aawww my dog’s a Virgo *I think*He’s this crazy Cocker Spaniel - I love him so much  so sweet, so affectionate. He can lick my face forever  he also barks a lot = nags? The only virgo thing about him is he’s picky when it comes to food. And he’s real submissive doesn’t have an aggressive bone in his body, but he will chew my hand and feet *wonders if he knows I’m a pisces sun* On the other hand, maybe all cocker spaniels are like that.

I have 2 cats...I think one of them is an Aries...I know that he was born in April sometime. He's really friendly, always sitting on everyone's lap and he can't be alone....but he can be very fiesty! And boy does he love to EAT.....he's huge.My other cat is really timid and quiet....I've only heard her cry a couple of times. When she's outside and she wants to come in she jumps on our screen window so we know she's there lol. IP: Logged |

I'm wondering, where do you think we can see our pets in our natal chart??I've read that they are represented by the 6th house. I have Sun and Venus in the 6th; and I've grown surrounded by pets . My whole family loves animals. Though, I've also heard that they fall under the rulership of the 5th house.

5th house rulership works for me. I have Capricorn 5th (empty) and that's what my boy is! Funny thing is we both have Pisces Venus at 2 degrees :smile:He's a double Cap and has the matching personality and physique. He's such a good boy - serious when he should be and a bit stubborn (we're all cardinal in this house, yikes!) yet such a goofball, he definitely acts younger than his years, people believe he's a puppy but he'll be 6 next month! My Chow, Chow, Osa Mia, was PISCES through and through, I loved her dearly, she was the absolute best compassionate soul around - she truely knew that Love was ALL!

I'm a Gemini and my chart states that I have a need to be surrounded by water.
I love physical water but I am surrounded by water signs. (Moon sign Cancer)
Both husbands (Pisces) , my closest girlfriends (one Pisces one Scorpio - isn't that odd), my closest sister (Cancer - this I can understand because of Cancer following Gemini), and then my best friend and loving companion, My Chow, Osa (Pisces).
I can even understand the Pisces connection, mutable, creative, duality.....water and air being the only two elements that become each other.....
Anyhow, back to the pet signs....Didn't Linda Write a book or begin a book on Animal Signs??? I thought I hard that once.

My Snowy terrier is a Scorp: with black, intense eyes, you can't lie to him, he just knows if you are telling the truth or not, very intuitive...we have instant communication through dreams, when I'm far away I know what's happening in the house...

Awww, I love seeing and hearing how people spoil their pets. Mine is rotten; spoiled rotten! He's a chihuahua/rat terrier. Loves to give kisses and hugs and eats up any and all attention (Leo Moon). He's my social butterfly (Sadge Asc). IP: Logged |

Pets dont' have signs.Animals are stupid and they dont' have a soul. And who really cares anyway? Animals aren't complex enough to have a personality. YOu people are just liek "wow my cat is so fun of course cause he's a gemini!" Why dont' you people do something worthwhile with your time besides think about what sign your cat is. IP: Logged |

Poor DaisyChain, Why don't you do something worthwhile with your time besides antagonizing and demeaning the people on this forum.
Better to be a silly pet lover than a bitter little fun sucking person. and the word liek means cure or medicine it doesn't really work as an insult. The people on this forum are nice and kind you don't belong here. ------------------
