They can be dramatic, over-reactive and generally manipulative. However, if you can try to imagine how it would be to have enormous sensitivities (even if you wont show them) then you can understand why Scorps are reactive. If you can imagine having intensely powerful effects on people (and knowing it) then you can understand why Scorps can be manipulative...put those two together and you can understand the drama that is Scorpio. Manipulation isn't always a bad word. For instance, if your dealing with someone enormously stubborn who is exhibiting self-destructive tendencies that are blatantly obvious to you, yet the person refuses to see them or change them, then manipulation can come in handy when "convincing" that person to seek help or otherwise change the destructive behavoir. See? It all makes sense to a Scorpio. They're just using what they got to help you out. Nothing wrong with that right? IP: Logged

Those that do are the closest to their hearts and they can count their fingers with those they trust(if even that). But carry on, I am always amazed at peoples' comments towards Scorpios... I stupidly TRIED to make a guy with sun, venus, mercury, and pluto in Scorpio jealous once... 'cause he wanted to know my secret (who I liked, which was him) and I wouldn't tell him so he told me he wouldn't talk to me again until I told him... but instead I tried to make him jealous because a Sagittarian was hitting on me in front of him, and I led the Sag on to try to provoke him into talking to me. He hasn't talked to me since then. And our lockers are only about 8 away from each other. I love Scorpios, they're my favorite sign EVER, but if you can't handle their intensity, I'd suggest you try a lighter sign. Yes, they can go nuts, and I wouldn't mess with one unless I had my back to the wall. People love to complain about Scorpios, but lucky me, I have NEVER been harmed by a Scorpio. Must be due to my Saturn in Scorpio that protects me from Scorpio's more harmful side. And my Jupiter and PLuto in Leo that counteract any Scorpio shady maneuver. Oh, and my 3 planets in Virgo get real chummy with them. Scorpios rock!!!!!!!!! IP: Logged

I think I have a cr*pload of Karma with Scorpios and that in lots of ways they have made very good teachers for me this time around. In fact, I have True Node and Vertex and Uranus in Scorpio (all in the 5th house) and Pluto in Libra conjuncting my Karma asteroid in the 4th so I think that says it all. Any of the trainwreck, heartbreak, experiences I have had with them have served me in some way, as is Karma's job. eatbooks ~ what's your chart like? He wavers b/w the Scorp influence and the influence of his Pisces stellium (Sun, Merc, Venus). He's like Bruce Banner/Incredible Hulk. Total split personality.
