Do any other people with venus in Aries have the hardest time with relationships? I fall in and out of love SO fast, it's not even funny. I love the thrill of the "chase" but as soon as someone shows interest in me, I stop liking them. Could this be because of my venus in Aries (6th house, if that makes a difference)? Does anyone else have this problem? How do you overcome it? I desperately want a relationship, but it's so hard finding someone who I'll be consistently interested in.

Well I'm sure having venus in aries would have some impact on conquest, btw are you a boy or a girl? Girl I assume as it would express your love nature and what you are worried about.

What is the state of your venus otherwise, is it afflicted?

I'd say its just a matter of finding the right one, I'm sure a mars in aries person would sort you out

my sun is in aries and i have had this exact problem just up until recently. I think the only way to overcome it is to force yourself to go beyond the chase and look for all of the positives in the person. If it means much more to you to be in a relationship instead of just being caught in this cycle, you'll defenetly overcome it. good luck!

Thanks for the replies. Yes, I'm female. My venus is actually in pretty good shape-

sextile mars (4'33 degrees)
conjunct jupiter (0'07 degrees)
trine saturn (5'16 degrees)
conjunct north node (3'58 degrees)
sextile chiron (3'55 degrees)
wide orb conjunct descendant (8'10 degrees)

however I do have venus square neptune at 7'06 degree orb... could that have something to do with it?

Maybe it's true, I just haven't found the right person. I met a guy recently who I really adore (not just sexual attraction, but on a mental level), I am attracted to him too, but I'm just so scared that I'll lose interest in him if I make a move!!

I also have Mars in the 8th house, so sometimes I think I pursue people just because I'm sexually attracted to them, and confuse that with love.... argh!

Venus is attraction. True love comes from the Moon. Maybe these guys make aspects to your Venus but not your Moon so it fizzles out. You do need some Sun/Moon and Saturn connections for a long lasting relationship.

I technically have an Aries Venus at 29 deg, but I'm still unsure of whether it could be in Taurus (if my timing is off by about 10 min). I'm pretty much the opposite of this. When I care about someone romantically or otherwise it lasts years and years.. It takes me ages to fall in love but also ages to fall out of it. I’m not sure it ever actually ends. And strangely I'm an Aries sun as well so if I had Venus there also, it should be twice the quickness. I'm starting to think it's Taurus again lol

What about a guy with venus AND mars in aries???

He's a tricky one. I think he may be falling in love with me, I wanted it for so long but I'm not sure anymore. After almost a year is he is becoming the most beautiful, considerate and respectful person and seems to delight in discovering new things about me whereas before it all about the chase. I'd chase him and he'd run yet when I backed off he'd chase me again.

I don't know what to think. Venus AND mars in aries??? HELP!!!

Same problem I have with my woman collegue on work...She is Piscies, with Aries Venus and Scorpio Moon. We attract each other deeply, and after 2 months, I invited her out. She suddenly blocked all my efforts on very rude way.
I stopped anything, even talking...but she still watch and like she expects something...what to do?

I think Venus in Aries has to do more with passion:
Venus in Aries (www.cafeastrology.com)
Venus in Aries people flirt by being up-front, direct, and even daring. They try to win you over by expressing how enterprising and independent they are. Their style of expressing love can be maddeningly "me"-centered, but the right person for them will find this approach charming. People get turned on by Venus in Aries' aura of innocent charm, even when they are being childish and impatient.

Venus in Aries men and women behave in a childlike, fun-loving manner in love. They are turned on by energy and activity. Turn-offs include a relationship that is considered stuffy or too "mature", vagueness, and beating around the bush. In love, Venus in Aries people are hopelessly addicted to the conquest. In order for a relationship to remain fresh and new for them, they require plenty of stimulation.

Pleasing Venus in Aries involves fueling their need for action. Be direct, open, and honest with them -- they won't much like game-playing or evasiveness, unless it is in the complete spirit of fun. Feed their need for spontaneity, and appreciate their playfulness. Understand their desire for the relationship to remain young and fresh. Aries likes to take the lead in love (even if their Sun Sign is gentle Pisces) -- let them, at least most of the time. Indulge them their many whims, and understand that they thrive on competition, even when they're competing with you!

--------
How about your Juno? Where is it and what aspects does it make?

I can certainly sympathize with you!

I have Venus conjunct mars in Aries, and
my 5th House Venus is also trined by Jupiter,Uranus
and moon all in sag....

All of this definetly makes me a basket case when it comes to wanting what I thought I did, or stiking to any one person long enough to really get to know them, and achieve some lasting happiness.
I'm like a Mad Hatter with the teacups...never enough *thrills* ..always moving on. Its very frustrating...

I only know one thing...she is driving me crazy and I most watch her every day on work...I feel if I start something AGAIN, she will react the same way.

I've learned that the venus-aries boredom factor arises from too high expectations and idealism in what a relationship should be, rather than what it is when we actually settle down to it. If I desperately seek something, in my experience I never usually find what I want. The longest (and most meaningful) relationships I have had were when I had been the one 'pursued', and wasn't looking for anything and didn't effectively 'need' a relationship.

I think patience and moderation is essential, but that's not easy when we demand everything, yesterday.

Venus in Aries here, although 0 deg, with a Pisces sun, I tend to waver back and forth between the Venus in Aries and Pisces.

I think what Lauren said is very accurate, you have to look at other factors in the chart, esp the moon.

For me, I fall in and out of love very easy, though that is a Pisces thing as well. I loathe the chase, inherantly, but will engage in it at first, then I get bored and frusterated. I love the passion of a connection. My Venus is in the 4th along with my sun and I am in perpetual, amazing love with my HOME!!!!

Hmmm, how to "move" Piscies woman, with Gemini AC, Scorpio Moon and Aries venus?
She is still attracted to me, no matter she refused at one way my invitation fo going out...If I make another move, I think I will get refused again.
I am stubborn Cappy, Sagg AC, Pisices Moon, but I don't wan't to be idiot.
She has the "game", but what she wants from me? Got refused, and she still watch me and become so gentle with me...

Hey, I have Mars in Aries and I had that trouble with staying interested in a person that was when I was younger though..The older I got the better I became. ALthough I will say that I have a hardd time with boring ppl. All the guys that I have like alot were very exciting and very aloof, tht may have been what captured me. Especially since I have Venus in Aqua..

So Mars in Aries can suffer the same thing..

I have venus in aries in the 6th house and mine does not operate in how you are speaking. Perhaps because I have a Taurus sun not sure or saturn in the 7th but I take relationships very seriously. It takes awhile for me to warm up and really love someone. Attraction sure, can be quick and fleeting, but real love and caring takes me awhile to warm up to and open up to. If I want a fling sure venus in aries is operating, but not really for me anymore. I'm more serious and committed about relationships. They are much more rewarding then quick flings that quickly burn and disappear. I would say my venus in aries in the 6th operates more in the work place, I like being of service (virgo house) but when I am being of service I have to make sure I'm doing it my way or with my twist or on my terms (the aries) I guess in relationship it comes more out as I create fights here and there, keeps things fun, not all the time, just time to time a good fight makes it fun and making up even funnier

Venus and Mars in Aries are WAY two different things...two differnt entities, different planets.....

Afterall, "woman" is represented by Venus and "men" by Mars......

I know the difference between Venus and a Mars...And I know What makes me charge in and pull back..In my chart.. Aries is good for that..Me having Venus in Aqua does not make me do that..Aries in Mars does..

I am speaking on my personal experiences as I have stated..

I would have to say, that testosterone, in women AND men has everyting to do with Aries.....

I NEVER forget the basics of astrology, that is the basic sign and element interpretaion.....

The Ram....sitting high atop a mountain, grazing peacefully unto him/herself..then something "attacks"....the Ram uses it's horns and rebutts, refutes, states his/her own way for being in the place he/she is, stands his/her gounds, but never charges!!

The Bull, now a different story....CHARGES....once attacked fights back....

Astrology is SO symbolistic.....

Combine the rebuttal of the Ram's horns with the fierce independence of the sign of Aries.........

I grew up on a farm....rams never charge, but will not let their stance go unnoticed with out asserting themselves.....

Just like US fish........

Let everything go, to be as they will be..all in the peaceful sea.........

This is not my thread and I won't ruin it talking about my Mars in Aries stuff..I do understand however the Venus in Aries thing from my son who has this but has not yet grown all the way into it,but I still see things..

And a Aqua guy friend of mine who also has Venus in Aries and I observe him doing things that point to this placement..

You just have to push yourself past it in order to keep going, that is what I have done when that Aries placement tries to take over...

It will work out jujube..

Esoterically...

I would have to say that..

Venus In Aries means being TRUE to who you will be in love, in creativity, in passion, in beauty, in the arts...

And taking a stance for what holds dear and true to your heart (all the Venusian things.......)

All Venusian things.....

And I can speak from expereince....

Hey HD

I agree--have read that cafeastrology Venus in Aries thing and while some of it is me, most of it is not........

But, yet again, that is why I think I tend to flux between a Venus in Pisces and a Venus in Aries---it is just not me, exactly..

Also, how could anyone put such linear descriptions on Venus anyway? Femaninity is just that, femaninity..

Creative, indecisive, changeable. etc!
