What do you think causes various skin types? Skin is ruled by saturn, allergies by neptune. Librans are known for beautiful skin.

I have very oily skin in combination in some locations dry skin but mostly its very oily. Got any astrological indicators as to what could cause this, what is associated with oil?

What about dry skin?

Any opinions are welcome!

I've heard of neptune in 6th causing allergies. Don't know about astrology, but in numerology, people with birthdates falling on 7,16 and 25 ie those ruled by neptune) are supposed to have sensitive skin, fraught with problems.

I have neptune at the end of 5th house, interpreted in 6th. My bday is also on 16th. I have a verryyyy oily skin, that loves cold. Summers are a pain. I dont even like to look into the mirror, bcoz of the uncontrollable acne.

My hair is also really oily. My skin is an oil factory

Yes I've heard nep in 6th can cause allergies. I am an eczema sufferer as well and I have both sun/sat opposition and neptune/mars opposition which both contribute to allergies, but none of those planets fall in the 6th. I have pluto in the 6th though, which is interesting.

according to THE RULERSHIP BOOK [rex e. bills]:

oils of the body - moon and in parentheses virgo [meaning moon is primary and virgo has influence but much less]

dry epidermis - saturn and capricorn

That is interesting. My friend's Moon is in her 6th. I guess that causes her acne problems (and general sensitivity to certain materials, such as plastic watch wristbands, etc.)

Pisces friend is allergy prone... to all kinds of fruit, plums, peaches, apples, things with that particular kind of fibrous skin. He has really bad eczema too, on his hands. Saturn is in his 6th.

Thanks for the help guys

My skin oiliness must be due to my 6th cusp being on Virgo. Combined with the two oppositions mentioned and Aries AC with Mars in Gem/3rd, it would indicate oily scalp and shoulder blades and eczema there too. Who says astrology doesn't work?

Oooh, I have Cap on my 6th house casp. And a T-square with Moon squaring Mars and Saturn. I have a dry scalp. It's nothing light shampoo won't remedy, doesn't really distress me, except when my sister pins my face down and inspects my scalp. I don't go around inspecting her elbows for rashes. If I got her birth time correct, she has Neptune in her 6th. She has crazy eczema too. She breaks out in rashes when she eats certain seafoods (Neptune, hah).
