To settle this issue, I am trying to find out what my true rising sign is. Astro.com states that it is Libra rising, yet most other sites say Scorpio. Anyone willing to calculate it and tell me in reality what it is?? It's been bothering me for quite some time.

yea 24 libra.
if undecided in the future rely on astro.com - they do major $$$ business with astrology and have an excellent reputation.

ha. That should have pointed me to the right direction in the first place.

Is it possible for one to have mixed rising signs? Like, born under libra rising but also have a little bit of scorpio influence since it's close timing to it?

Ok, so I went to grupovenus.com and it also states that my rising sign is libra, 24 degrees.
How do I know which is right? I feel more of a scorpio pull, but of course I may be wrong.

If the ascendant is on the cusp...does that mean that influences from both Libra and Scorpio are felt?

I don't know where your mercury is, but just reading what you write, I would think you're a libra. Scorpio rising would be more decisive.

I agree with Salisa. Any planet in the 1st house will tend to give you the rising sign qualities of that planets sign [Scorpio for Pluto]. And any planet angular [houses 1,4,7,10] is emphasized in the chart. Youre not Scorpio rising tho you may strongly feel that you are for these reasons.

Your indecisiveness about all this is VERY LIBRAN.
