i would like to invite here anyone thats been having problems with anything to do with the moon, be it synastry, natal, composite, transits, solar return, etc.

everyone has told me, and everyone knows that my lively personality is characteristic of horrible outbursts, is there anything i can do to change it, or does it just make me unique?
i have
Sun Square Moon
Moon Square Venus
Moon Square Mars
Moon Square MC
(Moon also Square P.fort, Lilith, & Juno)
Moon Opp. AC
6 Squares to AC
its like this huge disability for me and I hate myself for it, honestly.

I'll paste this here as well.. in case you don't see it in the other thread.

"You said this a while ago..

quote:
This is one big reason of several humanity can't achieve, because they haven't learned to accept themselves. And this is what astrology gives us, its a tool of "Self-Acceptance"
which I found interesting. Correct me if I’m wrong, but it sounds like you couldn’t or can’t accept yourself and this is why you are very much into astrology. Now astrology is a great tool and it is interesting and it can be fun.. but it won’t make you love yourself. There is something much deeper to a person than mere astrology. You said you have a good composite with Putin but there are many other babies who were born on the same day as Putin, in the same hospital and maybe even around the same time.. but they are not all presidents of Russia. We are not all the same person, even twins who are born minutes, sometimes seconds apart have different personalities. Loving yourself is an inner thing.. Nothing outward will do the trick.

quote:
But no body can do it like me, no its not ego, its just my 3rdH Libra cusp with Pluto in 3rd conjunct Amor(unconditional love), Pluto is also my guiding planet, and I have Moon Trine Pluto, and Pluto Trine Chiron, so my words are especially healing.

Neptune, if you believe your words are healing. If that is something you’ve always known and something others have told you that’s great. But if you opened up an astrology book in search of something to like about yourself and read that.. and then decided this is a trait you have, it won’t help.
So maybe you don’t.. Maybe you don’t have healing words at all.. what if you didn’t? Maybe you actually have healing hands.. or a great singing voice.. who knows? The point is, don’t rely on your chart to tell you who you are. That is extremely limiting. It limits all of your possibilities for emotional/spiritual and psychological growth as a human being to only that which you have in your chart.. to all the traits/qualities but also shortcomings present in those aspects. Remember those aspects are interpreted by people/ humans just like you and I.. There are so many different ways an aspect can play out and if you choose to, it doesn’t even have to play out at all.

quote:
I seriously wish I was not born with 6 squares to my Moon, then maybe I would be normal *sighs* and not have outbursts, huh?

Do you see what I mean? You are limiting yourself. Nothing in this world can make or brake you. It is up to you to be the person you want to be. The chart you were born with isn’t a frigging jail that you can’t escape. You are perfectly normal. The only abnormal thing about you is your desire to be abnormal."

Neptune....you are young...16?

It is normal to have outbursts....and arent you a fire sign too?

You are looking within and trying to improve yourself which is more than some do at yer age or any age for that matter.

Maturity teaches us to become calmer and have more reason...

The fact that you are aware means you are halfway there...

Good luck !!

in ur case, maybe u should 'cut the astrological cord' as someone put it...

if astrology is helping you frame your personality make-up as "disability", I suggest you run as far away from it as you can. if you only see 'squares=bad', drop it.

instead, return to yourself. observe yourself, pay attention, learn to read your own reactions and feelings from the inside-out. learn what pushes ur buttons, what makes you burst - learn the *why* and the *what*

why is bursting out the best possible way for you to react to something?
why does one particular thing push you the wrong way?
what stops you from reacting differently?
what would a different, yet productive reaction would be?
what do you *need*? from yourself, others...

when you will have the answers, you can return to astrology out of curiosity - how would 'that' look like put into astrological symbols? right now, it feels like u're looking for confirmations/recipes - and there's no such thing.

u're putting the waggon in front of the horses... live first, ask questions later!

try www.noeltyl.com - he thinks squares are the reason why some ppl are "great"... go figure!

yes i did see your message lauren, and your such an inspiration. Sue g, your so kind, and in person i'm actually...too mature, people 28 mistake me for being their age, but i'm mostly honest with them, like yesterday when I was volunteering helping kids at a Foster Care Christmas Party, I was helping the kids and the director was supervising and commented on my maturity. But I do have those occasional outbursts that I just can't resist, but like you said, sueg, i'll grow.

cristiname, your questions and statement were really helpful.

Lauren, and spot-on as usual
cristiname, I liked what you had to say.

neptune, I don't believe that I have problems with my Moon or that it's this huge disability. I have:

Moon opp Mars
Moon opp Venus
Moon sq Jupiter
Moon quincunx Pluto, Asc, Sun, Saturn, Neptune
tPluto has been squaring my Moon, and thus tickling all the rest, for almost a year now.
And yet, I don't feel "disabled." Perception is everything. Thoughts are Things. Whatever you believe you are, you WILL be. People are more than their charts.

I agree with others who are saying you are more than your chart. I look at mine as if it is a new forest, with seedlings that are growing. It always change as it grows, and you can take things down or build other things up, like new trees.

Or to think of the things in your chart as tools to work with or tools to challenge yourself to learn and grow. Like for example, I have Moon opposition Mars, and there I learned to channel my intense emotions into physical exercise as a really good release!

Also when it comes to outbursts, you're still young. I was an extremely feisty 16 year old and I've since settled out or use that energy for other things. The best thing for me was to learn about being assertive rather than aggressive, maybe you'd benefit from checking out some books or websites about becoming assertive?

I have Venus in Taurus opposing my Moon in Scorpio. Its a pain in the a$$ having to deal with it.
I dont know what other aspects in my chart would indicate I am "hard to live with", but my whole family would say I am consistenly inconsistent. But then again I am only 21 and I have a thing about breaking rules and regulations...

My Moon in 12th is in a couple T-squares involving Sun, Mars, Saturn, and Pluto. Since my Moon is conj ASC, whatever affects my Moon affects my ASC accordingly.

I suffered from severe social phobia when I was a kid. Had some problems with schoolyard bullies for some odd years. I barely spoke and withdrew into myself. When I look back though, I wish I hadn't viewed the world so bleakly and with such immense fear. Huge regret... big F'ing waste of time. Should've been sublimating by rockin the piano instead. Much calmer now due to important ppl who've stuck around for the long haul.

I like what everyone here had to say: Self-acceptance is key. That and taking oneself less seriously.

Neptune - you are so young. There are many things to come in life. What you are going through to me seems to be growing pains, youthful enthusiasm and the innocence that is craved for when you are older. As mentioned, age gives wisdom and tempers/mellows your personality. You've still got a few sharp bumps that need to be filed down and will be filed down with maturity.

Not to worry Neptune.
