Topic: Error(s) in "Linda Goodman's Relationship Signs" or Astro.com?

Please advice. Your input, or insight would be greatly appreciated.I know "Relationship Signs" is not one of the best references, and I should get a much better one...but have been too lazy to ask around- am I supposed to look for one on the Internet, or are there other good recommendations? I dont know from my experience Astro.com is more accurate than other sources Ive used and a lot of people on this forum prefer it. Now i had a similar experience where a friend of mine was born on the same day in the same city as me only about 5-6 hours earlier and i expected him to have the same moon but his was actually in the last degree of Libra and mine is 1 degree in Scoprio. I am not sure but i say stick to Astro.com they have good charts.  IP: Logged |

Personally, I've 'adopted' a new slogan:"when in doubt, use astro.com" A LOT of money and time (consideration) is placed into that site... Just felt like getting that out. heh. ------------------

Relationship Signs has been much discussed here.For some, the book is controversial...because it's a combined effort of 3 or more individuals, including Linda Goodman...because some don't like Crystal Bush and for a variety of other reasons among which one seems to be that it's not pure Linda Goodman. The Asc and Planet tables are not Linda Goodman. Nor is there any need to rely on them with the easy access to online astrological databases. Astro.com is also my choice when I want to cross check my own computer generated astrological charts. The utility of Relationship Signs is in the synastry aspect interpretations and Asc interpretations which are clearly pure Linda Goodman. Those interpretations are clear, concise and to the point and are the reason I bought the book. IP: Logged |

My guess would be to find an ephemeris with GMT time and manually calculate out the time that way. I wish that there were courses out there to do charts manually - this I think would help in actually knowing your work better.Sadly, I'm one of those who depend upon computer print out for charts instead of drawing up charts manually.
