Hi everyone,I'm wondering what placements or aspects, in your experience, indicate the obsession with comparing yourself to others. More specifically, if the person with this placement has a friend who's excited about a new relationship, the person in question feels the need to get excited about one as well.... and talk about it constantly. I'm assuming this behaviour is brought on by a feeling of inadequacy. My friend drives me nuts because when I try to talk to her about relationship issues, she talks about how much she wants to talk to so and so.. and she just met them, etc. She aggrandizes her flings if I am talking about relationships. Hmm. I have a similiar problem with my mom. Her moon is in Virgo, almost conjunct my 1H Pluto, squaring my Sun and Merc and 10H, and opposing my Moon and 7H. She often acts like she has to compete with me. It drives me crazy. Don't know if that's like what you have witht his person, though. IP: Logged |

I knew a Leo/Cancer Moon like this with her Moon opposite Neptune. She made up a lot of things to get attention, and when someone else had a genuine problem, she thought their problem must've also been made up, because in her logic if she didn't have real problems, noone else could either. It sounds like Moon opp Neptune. Not sure what else could show this in her chart. :edit: This is the rest of her chart: Sun 03' 41' Leo
