Topic: Career focuses on which house(s)?

I'm basically stuck career wise. I have a steady job working with the state government but it's not satisfying at all. I'm almost 30 and still have no clue. So which houses can I look at for careers? Also I just found out my North Node isn't in the 7th house, but the 3rd---along with a stellium Sun, Lib, Mer and Pluto. I guess I should do something with communications maybe? Right now Uranus is opposing my MC (X house), I wanted to know what it signifies.
Also not sure of Jupiter's significance in career. As Pluto is opposing my VII house Jupiter in Gemini.I kind of started working in a new office. Hope it turns out well. ------------------
