Here's the chart of a friend of mine.
He's having a relationship with a girl who's younger than him,and she's EXTREMELY oppressive,possessive,jealous and humiliating (and a Gemini,don't know any other placements).
We have been teeling him he's acting like a victim and he should take charge and stop tolerating this situation,but he always seems like he's asking for it.
He feels extremely guilty if he doesn't call her,and if she talks bad back to him,he might even cry.
*he's jealous too,for example,he came back from his studies (from a whole different place,far away) because someone told him his g/f was seen wandering around with another guy.*Could you please check out his chart and tell me what you see???

Green,Your friend has a strong focus of energy in the bottom left of his chart, indicating he tends to use his focus on himself to examine his inner world. As a result, he can "shut himself up" from the rest of the world. He also has Neptune (spirituality, also fantasy) conjunct (energy is combined with) Venus (relationships), so he may like to have "fantasy relationships" where he pretends that relationships are better than they are. This Neptune-Venus energy goes easily with (sextile) Pluto (transformation, also control) focused in the 1rst house (being), so he feels a STRONG need to be personally in control of his relationship fantasy. He also has a least aspected (strong energy) Uranus (friends), indicating he likes to be "friends" with others...close but not TOO close. This Uranus connects in with his Sun (self-expression, also dating), so he may like to be "friends" in dating as well. This woman allows him to have his fantasy about relationships without EVER having to be too concerned about her getting "too close" to him. This might be the attraction of her to him. Hmm fascinating thats like a cross of my bf (Gemini Capricorn Aquarius)and me (Gemini Scorpio Libra) and we are both very possessive and jealous. Im more jealous hes more conrolling and could be very very very hurtful with words. I gave up on doing synastry cuz everyone just says the bad things and i just dont want to know anymore. That Venus/Neptune can make it hard to see what is really going on, especially if your dealing with the conjunction, opposition, or square. You always want to see the best in a person or situation. You always try to tell yourself "yeah everythings great my girlfriend/boyfriend loves me no matter what"! He may not think it's as bad as it is. That aspect is a preverbal wolf in sheeps clothing, and I consider it far more detrimental than any Mars or Pluto aspect(because at least you can see the **** that's coming your way).------------------

Green,I think libraschoice is spot on!  To add to the points made, the Neptune-Venus conjunction is also conjunct Jupiter(expansion), so the Neptune-Venus fantasy is expanded into a "big deal". Sweet Stars... no such thing as cusp. your cancer tendencies come from you asc. and question for libra's choice and wilsontc where have you two acquired all of your knowledge on astrology.. I study astrology and people and yes I would definitely say there are cusps. I have alot of cusps in my lives as friends, including 2 Gemini/Cancer cusps like me.
LOL
I study people but they don't realize it.
People can even have Moon cusps and for other planets as well.
Don't know about other cusps but the charts I usually see has the Sun right on the cusp or very close by.
I am only like a Gemini when I'm talking alot or being a B***h.

ok sweet stars that maybe so but according to Linda Goodman (which this whole site and forum is dedicated to) there are no such thing as a cusp or having the same tendencies as another sign just because the sun was moving from one sign to another during the time you were born. I am a CANCER born on July 21 the day before the sun moves into LEO and I have assesed and reviewed and found that I have no LEO tendencies. Fantasy means bad fantasies too, that's not a good word here, because we tend to associate fantasy with pleasure. Neptune with Venus means illusionary relationships, imaginary ones, not based on reality, based on feelings, and suspicions. That is is closer to what is true. They may talk on the phone and see each other and never consummate a relationship. Or he may want to fantasize about sleeping next to her at night and she knows it.With jupiter there it's a good placement for a victim or one who is trapped or a prisoner of guilt, manipulation, or self doubt. There is self loathing. If he was a woman he would be a slave to someone sexually. He needs more self esteem before being in any relationship. Natasha
