I can definitely see why you're attracted to him. The main things that jump out at me:1)His Saturn in your 12th, opposing your Merc. This can be attractive at first, although he likely intimidates you. However, in the long run this is stifling. You will feel like his disapproves of the things you say. This is more problematic that his Satrun opposed his own natal Merc - he's struggling with the same aspect he's afflicting on you. He won't be of much help to you in overcoming this. Communication-wise you're both on your own to make it work. Your Neptune in the mix here doesn't help - this can lead to miscommunication, mixed signals and even lying to avoid fights or hurting each others feeling.
2)House overlays for each other's Sun. I assume this is the right ASC ofr him, yes? A romatic relationship built around Sun overlays in the 2nd and 6th is likely to be one that is impeded by concerns about work, home, possssions and money. His Neptune conjuncts your Sun in his 2nd, so there's a danger here of become codependent through money, material goods and housing. This is likely not the seem to be so for you at first. You eagerly want to help him out, and he thinks you're a godsend. But this may be an illusion and when that illusion wears thin, resentments come pouring in to fill the void.
You do have nice House overlays with each other's moon, although Pisces moon-Aqua moon can be a difficult pairing in general. His somber Cap Sun isn't going to help his detach Aqua moon get in touch with his feeling very much, and that may make your Pisces moon feel left out in the cold at times.
Work on your communication, hold back on the criticsm and rash judgement, try to stay positive when you're together and stay in touch with reality - those are your best bets on making this work.
