What aspects, sign and house placements make someone good at public speech?

Giving presentations to mass audience for example.

I am terrible with presentations ;((

My Sun is in Cap in 3H, but maybe it's weak there because of conjunction with Neptune in the same house.

My Mercury is in Sag 2H, in conjunction with Uranus, don't know whether it's good or bad..

I get embarassed and shy and forget everything I wanted to say (( It's like all I'm thinking about at that time is what people are thinking about me and how bad they think I am at speech delivery.

And my moon is in Aquarius/Pisces, 4/5House

Very few people are born great public speakers. Those who do tend to want to be "on stage" (indicated by strong Leo, Sun, or 5th house in their chart). For the rest of us there's...Toastmasters! http://www.toastmasters.org

I have Jupiter (ruler of my ASC) in my 3rd house trine Venus

Also have the ruler of my 3rd house (Uranus) in my 1st house conjunct my Ascendant

My Mercury is in the 12 and only forms one aspect and its a conjunction to Venus...

Venus is in my 11th rules my MC and 5th house...so that's where I'm thinking all of this comes from...

your 3rd house is in capricorn, even though its your sun sign, saturn could make things restrictive for you...saturn influenced folks tend to be shy...

but also capricorns are good with business, and i think if it had to involved something to make money or stand out, you could develop money making skills...

mercury sag/ you come up with some great ideas to make money, maybe having to do with foreign countries, or maybe youll make $$ in foreign countries...

2nd house is ruled by sag. so id assume you'd be making $ in another country.

mercury conj. uranus is one of my favorite aspects, not only do you have the potential to come up with great ideas, they will be so unique, the likelyhood of anyone coming up with it is very few....

you have the potential for a lot of great things esp presenting/speeches..aqua moon(the people's people) sag mercury(humorous, and philosophical) and capi sun(serious minded, and hardworking)....

Actually my 3H is half half, it starts in Sag, 18 degrees, so the ruler of my 3H is Jupiter and it is IN 3H again! But I'm shy... oh why? How to overcome this? You know, I'm trying, but it's not easy when it comes to talking in front of many people.

I'm glad Mercury/Uranus conjunction is a good thing in my chart though

I've heard that having a planet in a certain house can either exemplify the energies of that house or become completely flamboyant and over-express them because it's not given the change to develop properly...

I'm definitely not shy, (I think other dominant placements help with that) However I do have like you said Mercury in Scorpio, 12th house and Neptune in the 1st house... I appear and can be very open and honest with people but it's never honest enough because there's a whole side of me that no one knows and never seems to get expressed... I'm outspoken, true, but often my *real* thoughts I choose not to express... I often feel like, even though I'm being as clear as I can be my message still isn't getting across...which leads to me over-explaining and giving too many examples and losing sight of my topic...

I tend to over-think every situation, and then re-think it, and re-analyze, constantly searching for some meaning deeper than what I've already come across...as if I'll find some great answer that will solve to mystery of life.... And it gets very tiresome, believe me.
